All My Sons Moving & Storage

I called ALL My Sons the day before I needed to schedule a local move and they were great! The manager that I worked was Micheal and he was an absolute gem. I found the entire All My Sons team to be very professional, courteous, and truly caring about me, my move and my belongings. The movers were very attentive and superb in their communication with me their handling of my things. I would definitely recommend All My Sons and they will be my first call when I need a moving company again. A+++

Carlos did an excellent job and the men that he brought with him were fantastic they took the time to do everything correctly I don't plan on moving again but if anybody out there is you ought to hire Carlos and his team

A terrible experience! Schedule a move for a SINGLE BEDROOM and a few boxes. There was a total of about 6 pieces of furniture and 5 boxes. I was quoted a rate of $179 an hour and about a two hour move. High rate but seemed reasonable. On the phone, I was made aware of a travel fee of an hour and that was it. It took two movers two hours to get the furniture and boxes into the truck to head to the drop off location. Mover employees were not bad, but they wrapped everything (mind you this was not communicated to me in terms of time cost nor in terms of product cost).... and it took way too long to wrap and load. Once we got to the drop off location (about a 10 minute drive from the pick up location) I was told to pay before unload. Over $1,000 for a SINGLE BEDROOM AND A FEW BOXES. I complained and got a discounted rate of $159, didn?t save much money. Total was over $800. Over priced, not transparent. Terrible.

The men who showed up to move were great. But they charged almost $600 to move less than ten items from inside the house to an outside storage building. They required payment up front and wouldn?t move anything until I purchased a protection plan. And don?t forget the 15% fuel surcharge. I?ll never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone. I will actually deter people from using this company.

Team was great. On time and very careful.

I spoke to 2 different people who related the movers would be 169.00 hr and 15% for fuel so I budgeted accordingly. The day of my move to nice young men show up, load me up, get me to my new location which was 20 minutes away and I was informed I had to pay before they could remove my items from the truck. $1200 was the price they relayed mind you, they also charged me a $100 deposit. What happened to $169 hrs plus fuel? Oh now I have to pay for the drive to me and the travel to my new location. That was NEVER discussed as an additional fee and where is my deposit? It is mathematically impossible for a move I've done SEVERAL times to take 5 hours and for the price to magically morph to $1300, including my deposit. These people are frauds, they manipulate situations, they're liars, unethical and heavily utilize deceptive practices. I'm not sure how they are still in business. A one bedroom move 7 miles was $1200! Over priced and charged me for materials not used. Having a list of all possible charges and the parameters around the charge would eliminate the surprise when you?re charged $100 to shrink wrap a couch. Customers can protect themselves from price gouging and have a better experience.

Paid premium rates and got extremely poor service. The crew was unprofessional, rude, and even used abusive language. They handled items carelessly, and several of my belongings were damaged during the move. To make things worse, the final bill was much higher than expected with little transparency. Overall, a stressful and frustrating experience. Definitely look elsewhere. Broken and scrated dresser , Half put together couch and matteess was also in the wrong room.

The 3 gentlemen that came to do our move were polite and pleasant. The problem was however that the quote was almost $600 less than the work, and most importantly the most difficult items were left behind, leaving us with a half completed move, and our time and property tied up in disarray. One less man than quoted was sent so more time was required. There was zero sense of urgency among them therefore the clock ran out and the bill escalated quickly with the move not even being 50% complete. Overall it was a most distressing experience. The office people are salesmen. There is no regard for integrity in billing, or providing the services they promise. Overall I will NEVER hire a ?pro? mover again. It is a scam full of overinflated promises, overinflated bills and an utter waste of precious resources, aka time and money. Do your neighborhood a favor and pay the local high school football team. At least you will get your moneys worth!

Excellent service

Edwin and Trey did a great job - quick efficient and friendly. There was a minor hiccup of the initial quote being for 3 movers, and only Edwin and Trey showing up. Nevertheless they adjusted on the fly and made it work.

They did a great job moving us from Whitewright to Anna. Very professional and did a great job

We moved from a house to an apartment. The young men were professional and efficient. They called before they arrived, showed up on time and were quick. We would definitely hire them again a recommended them for a residential move. Great guys.

Great experience

Moved 0.2 miles and it was a nightmare. Crew was slow, took a 45+ min unannounced lunch, and the manager was rude and defensive. Items were broken, furniture assembled poorly, and several things were left behind ? we had to rent a U-Haul to finish the job ourselves. Charged $186 for supplies/mileage for a move down the street, overbilled time, and doubled the quoted price, refusing to unload until we paid. Unprofessional and dishonest from start to finish.

These movers are the most professional, very polite, excellent manners, very careful with all that was moved. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent experience.
