All My Sons Moving & Storage

They arrived on time. They were informative and respectful. We had an excellent experience with these 4 young men that helped us greatly. Thank you to Vincent, McKale, James and John. I believe those names are correct? Great job!

I hired All My Sons Moving Company because they had the highest rating in the reviews. They communicated well, they arrived on time and safely packed, loaded and delivered my furnishings. The staff (Kaden & Eric) were polite and professional. I would hire them again!

The men were very courteous. They worked quickly and wrapped everything nicely. It was only a two hour move.

All my Sons moving were courteous and informative all through out the unloading of a truck with all of our possessions. Owen made a hard job look easy too.

The movers were great. Very courteous and careful with our stuff. The pricing was what I have a problem with. The manager was told how much stuff we had to move and what size house. After the movers arrived I was called and told the price would increase. Additionally when I was called to confirm my moving date and time, I was then told about additional fees which were never brought up during initial conversation.

On two occassions, my move into their storage and my move out of their storage, All My Sons provided quotes and pricing details that would end up being grossly inaccurate. Their business "policies" are in place to make sure you are cornered and forced to pay these extreme overcharges due to them already having everything loaded in the truck or because "every second you wait is being charged labor" (an actual statement from the office while I disputed a contradiction from their office). My initial move out of my 2BR/2BA (packed the bathrooms myself) cost $2800 after being quoted at $700 over the phone. There is nothing that could possibly cause this besides the extra hour of labor that was charged and the $1100(!!!!!!!) in MATERIALS (thats AFTER the "Free" kitchen materials). I am just happy to have my things back from them, and to NEVER have to use them again. I have spent 6 hours on hold with them now, and all of my emails get ignored. They do not care about the customer. AVOID.

This company arrived and introduced themselves in a professional manner. They conducted the work expediently. They communicated throughout and took great care with our belongings. I’ve moved several times and had experiences with different moving companies, but this was the best experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend this company

They were able to accomendate our needs on short notice and were excellent. Extremely thoughtful and careful with our large antique furniture and efficient and wasted no time once they arrived. Planning on using them again when we move for our house.

Just hire someone from {remove company name} it will be faster, more transparent, and cheaper. Despite numerous conversations with people describing the number of items and boxes, they end up sending a crew that was too small. On top of that, they assured me I was first on the list for Saturday, and then scheduled a job before mine. The crew showed up 4 hours late, and then attempted to badger me into changing days. Dispatch assured me numerous times they were going to call me, would be right there, etc. etc. After speaking to the ?real? manager, they ended up discounting ~$340, after ballooning the cost of the move $1,000 because of the way they count time and waste inordinate amounts of it anyways. At the end of the day, after having moved ~50 moves all around the US with the Navy and in my career, this is hands down the worst move I have had. Hire a handyman, or your neighbors son, it will be better and cheaper.

The worst moving experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the third time using All My Sons for a move, once from South Florida to Central Florida, once for a short in-town move and this time from Florida to Pennsylvania. The move went completely wrong, first they refused to send someone to our home to inventory our items and had us use an online inventory site that had no options for notes or odd items. Second they insisted a 26' truck would be large enough even though we told them multiple times that it would not be and guess what happened on move day - the truck only held 1/2 our items. The local manager at the Jacksonville office offered no solution for our move day, which was the day before our home closing. We had to rent a Uhaul and drive it ourselves to Pennsylvania with 1/2 our belongings. We asked for reimbursement of the Uhaul costs but that is a fight and we are being lowballed on damaged items due to their age even though they were working fine before the move.

Thr movers were on time ,quick and handled everything with care, no accidents to anyone and no damage to anything! The 2 gentleman were quite polite also! I would recommend All my Sons to everybody who's planing a move,big or small theses men and there company is the best!! Mr. Stanford.

I was charged $2500 for a move. The day after I go to start unpacking and see that the refrigerator they moved for me had everything thrown into garbage cans instead of telling me to just remove the meat from the freezer and take it separately. Then I find out that more than half of the garage was left behind and I understand the chemicals but an air compressor and tools and extra things were just left. Also in the house multiple things left. I wasn't going to post this but I sent a private email stating my complaints to the company and after days of waiting not a word from anyone. I would not recommend this company for anything.

Good communication. Scheduled me for flat rate & honored it (no hidden costs). Nothing broken! Movers were very respectful, compassionate and helpful. I would use them again.

Both of the guys were great. Very careful with loading and unloading my items.

They call when on the way. The came in got information on what was being moved. Very nice and professional guys. Flexible, moved everything I needed, wrapped all furniture do nothing was Damaged. I would hire them again and would recommend them.
