I would never use them again. I was quoted 2-4 hours. They were supposed to show up between 1-4pm. At 4:45 i called and get a status. At 5:15 they showed up. By 8:30pm, after I helped take things to the moving truck get loaded. But 20+ items were not even loaded. They "didn't have time.' The driver was cloae to his daily driving hours. I could move them myself or they can come back tomorrow at $169 an hour and do it." And was told they do not make 2 stops in a move. I was approved for a storage unit and home stop upon scheduling. At 9:00pm they had to leave. "Maybe they could stay till 9:30." In the mean time they dropped and broke my couch, unloaded a nightatand and a bed frame. The manager was called and I was told they could keep my belongings and return the next morning and all i had to pay was for their labor. I had no other choice. They had my belongings. But they could do both stops the next day. But I would not be charged for fuel. I should not have been charged at all fo

I strongly DO NOT recommend All My Sons!!!
We clearly informed them in advance that the furniture was extremely heavy. We disassembled everything ourselves and removed shelves and drawers to make the job easier. Despite that preparation, the crew arrived under-equipped and unprepared.
They did not bring appropriate equipment, and we had to provide our own dollies. One employee even said, ?Thank goodness you have these dollies because I don?t know what we would have done.? That statement alone was alarming. The dollies they brought were not suitable for our furniture and would have caused damage if used.
They didn?t know how to operate the lift on their own truck, we had to show them. Both movers were visibly struggling, rubbing their necks and stretching their backs, and neither wore back support.
I was asked to climb into the back of the moving truck to help. I do not recommend this company!

The moving experience seems fairly straightforward. Get an estimate schedule your move and they will take care of you from there. Day 1 filled the trucks brought to support the whole move. This only covered half the goods as estimated. I am told to pay and I will have to pay again if I want my other half move the next day. Beyond double the estimate. I was threatened with a whole crew standing there that I need to pay for half the estimated job. All said and done it cost me near 3 time the original estimate, an extra day, property damage near $1000, household good damages near $10,000. A 4k move became $20,000. No efforts other than apologizing have been followed through with to make this right. I have not even been given information on how to file a claim with the extra insurance I bought. We also have furniture parts like whole drawers and spears missing as well.

The company contacted me several times to make sure we were ready for the move. The two movers let me know 30 min before arrival. They were kind and efficient and easy to work with! They moved my very very heavy and awkward sized table with intelligence and precision. It was quick and efficient. Took less than an hour from beginning to end.

Sandra and her teammate did an outstanding job helping me load up a U-haul to move out of state. They were absolutely careful and mindful of how things were stored in the truck, taking extra care to wrap furniture and fragile items before loading them in the truck.

It was supposed to be a three man crew but one of the guys was sick. The two guys that did show up really picked up the slack and did a great job. They came prepared and were very professional. They did a great job at packing and prepping our delicate items.

The workers that came to move our things were fantastic! The people who do the communication were horrible. They respond, but you don?t get emails they say you?re supposed to get. They don?t communicate if the movers were going to be late (which they were). They say to be down $100 deposit and it will go towards your moving cost at the end, it doesn?t. We were still charged moving and deposit which ends up being the cost they quoted even though they were not here the whole time. So in other words you get scammed out of your money and then they don?t do anything about it. And for that I would never use this company again.

.I got a quote for $149 an hour plus 18% for gas. I agreed to this and received an email confirMing this amount. I paid a $100 deposit. On moving day they came and I signed the liability waivers and they started moving my belongings I had everything except my couch and chair wrapped up in plastic wrap ready to go. They began moving the stuff one memeber if my family stated at the old apt. I went to the new one. When they got to the new apt. and presented the bill I was shocked it was over $1100 for. I needed to get my things moved so I paid part of the of that and they expected the rest in 30 days. I only paid more than what I was told so they didn't hold my things. When I mentioned the price and showed the email with that information the Training Supervisor he told me ?that was corp. They always give wrong quotes?
Let me say the actual movers were amazing they handled my belongings with care.
The company lies about quotes and isn't honest.

Steven and his crew did great. Management lied with all they had to get our business so they could screw us over later. And by screw us over I mean charge double their original estimate. Double So if youre thinking of going with any other company, and their estimate is less than double what these guys quote you, go with anyone else.

No, we were bid $800 max to move a one bedroom apartment and we were presented with a bill of $2,126 before they would release our belongings at the new place.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I WAS GROSSLY MISQUOTED! I was quoted between $422-$634 over the phone by Conlin to move our son?s one bedroom, college-size apartment. This amount seemed reasonable and I booked the move. I was assured that the person that I was speaking to was a manager , which led me to believe that he should be fully capable of asking the right questions and giving me an accurate quote. The day before the move I found out that if we want to be reimbursed more than .60 per pound of any item damaged or broken it will cost an us an additional $175 per $5,000 coverage. Add $175 to the highest number of the bid and we are at $809. When we arrived at my son?s house we were presented with a $2,000 bill that had to be paid or his belongings would not be released and that was in addition to the $100 deposit. $2,100 to move a one bedroom apartment!
