These guys were amazing! Worked hard and quickly, but carefully. Everything arrived in perfect condition, they got it all up the stairs without mishap, and arranged just how we wanted it. Price was competitive and customer service was fantastic. 100% would use again.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against All My Sons Moving Company regarding an incident that occurred on April 29, 2026. I scheduled a move with this company and was provided with an estimate of $343. However, after loading my belongings, the movers informed me that the total cost had increased to $671?nearly double the original estimate?without any clear or reasonable justification. The situation escalated when I questioned the unexpected price increase. The movers refused to unload my belongings unless I agreed to pay the higher amount. When I did not immediately agree, they proceeded to dump my items in a parking lot and left the premises. This left my personal property unattended and at risk of damage or theft. Additionally, there were several service failures: ? The movers claimed I was being charged for 2.75 hours, despite the loading process taking only approximately 40 minutes. ? They arrived unprepared and did not bring the necessary tools to disassemble my bed

Wow, never again. I booked a 3-man moving team and agreed to $199 per hour fee and a wardrobe box. Days before the move, I called to confirm the details. They confirmed details and told me we were all set for 3 movers and a wardrobe box. They sent 2 movers and no wardrobe box. The movers told me that they get no information and apologized about not having the wardrobe and only 2 movers coming and told me that my move was definitely a 3 man job. I had to stuff my suites, my wife's dresses into a box. Having 2 movers rather than 3 reduced productivity by 33%, and theoretically should have only taken 3 hours and 15 minutes with a 3rd person rather than the 5 hours it took. They justified it by giving me a $179 rate. The difference in cost at $179 for 2 people at 5 hours vs 3 people at 3.25 hours is $313. I told them that doesn't make sense; I agreed to 3 movers at $199, not 2 movers at $179, the "lower" 2-person rate is a savings of $40 but I spent much more from hours on the move.

Eric, Cole, and Chase did our move for us from Phoenix to Queen Creek. They were super efficient and easy to work with. They were very helpful and did a great job. I haven’t seen any damage on any of our items they moved for us. I’d absolutely hire these guys again and recommend them to anyone!

Moved over 20 times all across the country and this move was the best of all! James and Johnathan were fast, efficient, and carefull with all of our belongings. They worked hard and tirelessly until the move was done. Could not be happier and will definitely use again! Recommend All My Sons very, very highly.

Workers were great and did a great job with the move. I would not recommend the company because of the vague and inability to communicate the charges and how they would happen, specifically moving supplies. The quote did not specify that NO MATTER WHAT, they will use supplies that aren?t needed and will charge you for it. And not even give you an option to deny the supplies until the move was complete and backed you into a corner to pay it. Poor business management that cost me an additional $125.00 on an already over priced move.

We had a family medical emergency and had to empty a storage unit and move it into our garage with less than a days notice. From the scheduling to affordability things went smooth. Our movers were Anthony and Zach and they were so professional, kind and helpful. I would gladly use All My Sons Moving again and request Anthony and Zach.

We moved out of our old apartment into our new home. They were very professional and efficient. They did not goof around they got the job done. They made sure we understood everything and they were careful and courteous with our stuff. If we move again we will definitely be hiring them.

All Sons team walked out on the job saying the job would be double what the admin estimated painstakingly, twice! 2 months of planning and the day of the move, your team bailed. Wrong. Thank goodness another moving company (Camelback Moving) came to the rescue with the most incredible experience, under budget, well under what your team said they needed time-wise, and so professional, skilled, and grateful for the opportunity. All Sons team was degrading/condescending, low quality and frankly, not trustworthy. DO NOT USE ALL SONS! Anyone but.

The team arrived on time, got right to work and hustled the whole time. I would recommend this team any time.

I hired these movers and the company is a complete scam. I told them I only wanted 2 hours of labor, so I wouldn't go over budget. The movers were rushing because they were aware of the two hours. I told them to get all the big items and I would take care of the rest. One of the movers was playing secular music, without asking whatsoever. He made rude comments to people I was with, "get out of the way bro" "I will take everything out of the truck right now" "this is too many questions call the office and ask them." I called the manager and complained. Moving along, they were just about done and they told me the price was $800, when we agreed on 2 hours of labor and $500. I told them I wasn't paying it, and the manager told them to leave. They left and took my items. I drove 45 minutes to the corporate office in Phx and the manager was being super rude, had attitude, and no compassion or anything, until I mentioned I was going to record them since the police told me to do that. We needed to move some auction items over to our home and had to arrange it for the next day. AMS was able to schedule us with one phone call and finalize everything remotely or on the phone. Very professional, efficient, and friendly! We will use them sgain!
