All My Sons Moving & Storage

If you mean 999 characters or less, use this: If I could give zero stars, I would. I called multiple times before the move to confirm they could transport my countertops, worth $10,000?$15,000, and was repeatedly told yes. On move day, after loading everything else, they suddenly said they couldn?t take them. The excuses kept changing?first they didn?t have enough people, then they falsely claimed I refused a fourth mover, and finally they said they didn?t have the proper equipment to secure the countertops. Had they been honest beforehand, I could have hired another company. Instead, their misinformation left me potentially out thousands of dollars, and their solution was a $45 discount. Completely unacceptable. There was a complete lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with anything important. Get everything in writing. Or better yet save yourself the trouble and get somebody else.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. Showed up almost 2 hrs outside of the given 2-hr timeframe and then proceeded to completely damage the hardwood floors at both locations, put holes in the walls & crown molding, and charge significantly more than anticipated without a cost breakdown. They also didn't unpack the comforter they packed up, and didn't clean up after themselves or let me choose where I wanted the furniture in the new apartment. I only moved 4 items in total and they still managed to do so much damage

Worst moving service I?ve ever hired. They left our pods half full and so much of our boxes a d furniture out of the pods. Lazy and inefficient, 3 hours to do very little.

The gentlemen did a fabulous job. Very professional and took excellent care of my furniture as well as both homes (out one and in another). They wrapped everything! Very nice personalities. Arrived within the time frame quoted and we finished earlier than expected. I had an Excellent experience and highly recommended this company. As a single senior citizen, the cost was worth every dollar!

I want to start by stating explicitly that I sincerely appreciate the gentleman who helped me, but I'm disappointed in my experience with All My Sons. I broke my foot just before moving so I called around and All My Sons was the most receptive. I requested help packing, transport to new address, and unload and unpack upon arrival. Over the phone, the salesperson assured me it'd be a fast process but it wasn't. I do have stairs, but when we did the walkthrough, before they started working, I was quoted one price for 4 hours for what I thought would be packing/loading/unloading/unpacking (~$950). Also, someone mistakenly marked that I had an elevator after I told 2 people that I didn't. They were just getting to my new apartment by the end of the fourth hour and needed an extra 1.5 hours to unload. My new bill rose to ~$1,300, because it took so long they didn't have time to unpack so now I'm in my new apartment with boxes towering over my head, with a broken foot. I wouldn't recommend

Super job done by the team of three whom moved me from my third floor apartment to a new home across the state! They were extremely efficient, polite and professional. They showed up on time and successfully moved all my furniture and boxes down a pretty challenging set of stairs to load it into the truck. Traveled efficiently and then unloaded and brought my possessions into a multi floor house. No stress on a pretty active day, due to the fine work of All My Sons Moving! Highly recommend this firm for any relocation needs!

The team arrived at my home on time and I was pleased with the first leg of our move. Then the delivery by Mr. Julio and his partner did an excellent job delivering our items. Move was out of state. Professional, careful, efficient, ethical, honest, on-time. The team moved my upright piano sucessfully up a steep driveway to a second - floor location. The team was courteous.

I have say this moving experience with them I would do again if I ever have to move. Not only were they polite, respectful of my property, efficient and experienced, they were very empathetic to the fact that I was very sick that day and I could really change the date. They looked after me like I was family. I had a rough move from Florida to Connecticut back in 2023 but this was a wonderful change and I will recommend to people I know to use your business if they need movers. This was my second time using All my sons moving. As before the Customer Service was responsive to all my questions using text and live person responses effectively, my belongings were handled with care the day of the move by Jose and his partner in the work, and they were efficient focused and respectful of my needs throughout. I have no reservations recommending this moving service!
