All My Sons Moving & Storage

All My Sons moved us from our CT town home condo to storage and then, a few months later, out of storage to a new apartment in the same town. There were 2 different crews but both moves were excellent. We’ve moved a lot, including internationally and interstate so we have mucho experience to base this review upon. All my phone calls to AMS were handled promptly, professionally and cordially, with follow up email confirmations. First, both crews arrived promptly and were very well organized. They moved at a good pace and carefully to pack up the condo, and unpack and reposition the stored items. They were patient with requests to reposition furniture. In fact, we called the crew back to fix the sofa legs and repositioned the carpet, which they did without any complaint. Our stored items were in excellent shape; all boxes and wrappings were removed. I must give a special thank you to “Felix,” who I think was in charge of the move-in.

All My Sons now have a customer for life! I’ll be using them whenever we move again! They were fantastic from quote to finish! Vinny, Steven and Aaron were wonderful people, reassuring, amazingly fast and efficient, and kept us updated with every step of our move on the day. They arrived on time and jumped straight into the process! The price was really reasonable and transparent, especially for all of the effort that went into our move. We cannot say thank you enough!
