Could not ask for better moving experience

If you value your time and money, DO NOT use All MY SONS moving company. I do not believe there is any potential for improvement with this company. The level of professionalism was so low it actually shocked me. From the sleazy "used car salesman" approach by multiple employees when setting up the appointment to the complete lack of respect and disregard shown in canceling my appointment on the day of my scheduled move. Every employee I spoke with was located at a "call center" and not even at the actual place of business. The supervisor at the call center who called herself "Jana", then changed her name to Melissa was the worst! I had a contract for services, paid a deposit and was canceled with no explanation. I relied to my detriment on this contract to fulfill a scheduled move on a specific date and time. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered.

This was an emotional move from a house into assisted living. Travis, Stephon & Quai were prompt, professional, extremely careful with my mother’s belongings by blanketing, wrapping and taping so that all was safe. Not one wall or door frame was damaged and their work was steadfast. We will definitely request this team again. :)

Easy to book the move on short notice, price was reasonable. The movers, John and Gerald were super nice and very professional. They worked together well and had the right equipment to get the job done quickly and safely. This is the second time I've used AMS and I'll call them next time I need a move.

The entire experience was fantastic! Scheduling was easy, the scheduler was very helpful. The moving crew was awesome! They worked efficiently and took get care in moving each item. It was a big job and it went flawlessly. I would recommend this company for every move, no matter the size.

Chris and Reynard were the Professionals that showed up to move me. They were very careful and efficient. They were Great! They worked very hard and quickly. I wil definitely use them again and I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants a looking to move.

these guys i don't know they wrapped up non breakables in so much paper just to charge me for it and left some of my stuff in my old place that I cant get back and several broken things not seen till I unwrapped them. DoNot take them up on their "free" kitchen pack that was a big mistake! things not packed together that were in same space it's nuts trying to get unpacked! now I have to hire someone to help me sort this out as i am just boxing myself in more .

My experience was awesome! I had been frustrated trying to find a clock person to move a large grandfather clock to no avail. I decided to try a moving company instrad since the clock was ticking on the project to sell my mother’s condo. All My Sons was the first i came across and i am incredibly lucky and grateful for that serendipitous outcome. From the person who answered the phone to the goodbyes and thank you’s of our parting my experience was positive, courteous, straight forward, and inexpensive. I needed this clock moved in a timely manner and All My Sons accommodated. Great care was taken. And they were kind, which goes far in today’s world. Or any day’s world.. When i asked up front for some other items to be moved. It was not a problem! I am so thankful. In the future if i need anything else moved, i will call them. They are at the top of my list!

All four guys were absolutely amazing today. Would recommend them to anyone if you’re moving.

Very professional and guys did a fantastic job

Over priced. I had a friend who moved at the same time with a different professional moving company and I was charged double what they paid. They had more items to move than I did. The guys did a good job wrapping the furniture but one guy would watch the other guy wrap the furniture and then load it. Also, they add an hour for ?fuel charge?.

They did an amazing job. I?ve seen lots of movers, but they went above and beyond. They wrapped my furniture with plastic wrap to store it, and was extremely fast. They even put protectors around my door to protect that as well, they are nice, respectful, friendly, and just over all amazing people. I?ll never go to another moving company because of this. They now have my loyalty.

Very courteous, and extremely professional. I hired them the first time after reading google reviews and I hired them the second time because of my experience with the first move. Both team I have worked with were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and very helpful. I highly recommend this moving company for large or small moves!

Both of the movers were efficient and very pleasant. This is my second move with All My Son's Moving and will use them again for any future moves.

Do NOT use ALL MY SONS moving! They lost my belongings and has since blocked me. Everytime I called I was nice and sweet. I was under the mindset that if I am mean and nasty they wouldn?t help me. The have ?lost? over $10k worth of my personal belongings. They are money hungry and the workers kept demanding tips on top of the fee I paid the company. I called local and corporate office as well as sent emails. It has been over a month and no response.

The two men were great they worked to get done in a timely manner they were respectful polite and did not shy away from lifting objects and taking items up stairs.

The company moved two rooms of furniture to a different apartment in the same building and I was charged $630 for 3 hours work. I was quoted a price of $150 an hour plus travel. I had to provide the tools for the movers to take my furniture apart, they had nothing to protect the furniture and some of the wood was chipped. Very unprofessional work and I would not recommend anyone using them.

The movers did a great job. They were very careful with my furniture and protected my house too. They were really nice about placing things just the way I wanted and both men cared about making sure I was happy. My furniture was in storage about 6 weeks. When it was moved to my new house it was in good shape with no signs of bugs or mice.

Travis and Stephon were absolutely amazing helping me move into my first home! They made the entire process a breeze?respectful, kind, and incredibly efficient. They treated my belongings with great care, were thorough in every detail, and even set my house back up exactly how I imagined. Moving is such a taxing job, but you?d never know it from their energy?both of them were all smiles the entire time. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work and professionalism. I would gladly use their services again!
