Our experience with All My Sons was extremely disappointing. The initial consultation was promising. A representative FaceTimed with us to assess our belongings and determine the appropriate labor, time, and truck size. We were given a packing estimate that we were repeatedly assured was an overestimate, and were told the movers would arrive between 8?9 a.m. They arrived at 9 a.m.
The packing and loading process was extremely slow. We were never told beforehand that All My Sons' policy was to wrap items and disassemble large furniture. Most of our furniture was already disassembled and stacked for storage, yet after several hours, we were told everything would not fit in the truck. The truck size had been selected by All My Sons, not us.
The movers finally departed around 3:30 p.m. At 5:19 p.m., the driver, James, called to tell us the truck had broken down earlier and they would not be able to complete the delivery. Despite repeatedly requesting a supervisor, no one contacted us.

The movers were very punctual, professional, explained everything throughout the process, anything I needed or had questions about they answered and assisted. They took very good care of of my items and were very thorough. Very hardworking young men. Will be hiring them for my next move!!

Arrived late, moved slow (hourly rate) excessive use of company materials (charge for supplies), had to instruct to put bed together again, lost items, expect estimate to double, left truck open and unsecured, asked for tips.

Terrible experience. Guys were late. Supposed to be 5 but 4 showed up then 1 left 10 minutes after they were there. Took 3 times as long as it should have. My son and had to help with move. Truck was wasn?t big enough for all of stuff which we did a virtual walk through before the move. Management seemed bothered by my complaints and offered no discount. Will never use or recommend this company again.

They showed up promptly on time as they said and those 3 guys worked hard to get the furniture out of an upstairs apartment (3bedroom). And onto the truck and brought it to the other apartment she had moved to and got it all inside and put together . Kordero peeves and his other 2 men were very easy to get along with. Only reason I gave a 9.5 instead of a 10 is they tear down bunk beds but don’t put back together. But I would hire all my sons moving in a heartbeat if I had to do it again. There price was very reasonable.
