All my sons was the only organization to call me back. The move was organized and went absolutely perfect. Cash and the crew that was with him, took great care of my furniture and I can’t thank them enough for the excellent job they did. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to ANTHONY! He & two other gentlemen worked incredibly hard the entire move. If I was rating just the movers, it would a solid 5 stars!!! BEWARE: I received a quote of $680. I never thought the final cost would be OVER DOUBLE!!! I was informed after they finished that my balance was over $1,500! It went from $680-$1,500. Shocked is an understatement!! The lady was unable to explain why and we settled on $800. The movers are the face of the company and they are getting the backlash bc this is an every day occurrence since they are now a corporate company. The movers are getting low or nonexistent tips due to the customers frustration of an outrageous bill. THE COMPANY NEEDS TO DO BETTER WITH COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY!!

The young guys that showed up were completely unqualified. They brought no tools or lifting straps. They nearly dropped a very expchest of drawers down our stairway. They knocked a large family photo off the wall, scuffed up the wall walls put Nick?s in the footboard of our bed that never had a scratch on it and got mud all over our carpeting. I?ve hired them before and had a similar experience don?t know why I hired them a second time thinking it would be any different. I will never call this company again. I?ve filed a complaint in a damage report and I?m waiting for a check to be sent to me for the damages. These are unskilled kids that they send out to people?s homes to move their very expensive valuables. I feel sorry for them.
