Howard and his team, Anthony, Will, and OG did a great job moving us from Charlotte, NC to Bluffton, SC. They handled our furniture carefully, worked hard, and were honest, friendly, and respectful. They arrived on time both days, and it was evident that each takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure working with them, and we highly recommend All My Son?s and this crew to all.

i would never hire them again and in fact, would tell anyone considering hiring them, not to. the word count i'm limited to in this review won't allow mbe to list the number of things that went wrong with this move. they were unprofessional, cursed at me, told me something was too heavy to take upstairs so they wouldn't do it - one of the other guys chimed in and said they would. they didn't put things back together or in place {a bed amongst other things}. my 200 lb poster bed is about a foot off the wall, i have to hire someone to push it back for me. they lost things. they damaged numerous things - floors, walls, baseboard, door frames. they were careless, didn't use mats, pads on flooring. and were just plain rude. worst and most stressful experience of my life. what started as a day move, turned into a full two day move.

I was told one thing on the phone by Gavin and I assume they sent me an email but like I?m in the middle of moving so I?m not really checking my emails at this time I went by what we agreed to on the phone and it?s just a bunch of I got scammed that?s the only way to put as I got scammed they took advantage of an elderly woman on disability I told them I had a fixed income and I got scammed for a lot of money that I can?t afford now

The crew we had to help us move our belongings into a POD was AMAZING!! They walked through the home, created a game plan and they worked so fast! They wrapped our furniture with care and packed it up, just the same. The men were extremely nice and professional, all around a great experience! I don?t know what we would have done without them so highly recommend this crew and company!! They?re also really good at knowing how long their services are needed. We were originally schedule for 3 hrs but upon the walk through, they said they?ll probably need 5. Which was spot on! They finished just before the 5 hour mark and even got refunded money based off that! Price point and help - worth every penny! Thank you All My Sons!

Things started out well, then we had issues, but it ended nicely. I heard great things about this company. When I called to schedule a move across town, it was pretty straightforward and everything was explained. The issues came when I needed to change my service to storage-in-transit. I was connected to the local company and they told me someone would call me. I ended up calling back after 4 days and spoke to someone who said another person would text me the following day. After 5 days, I called them again. They apologized and had someone reach out the next day. That person sent movers 2 days later. Ismail, Mo, and Trey were very professional and patient. They handled my items with care and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. Their actions genuinely made all of my frustrations melt away, and the first part of my move ended nicely.

Time booked for 8am to move after confirming 3 days prior and putting a deposit down 30days in advance. At 8:15 I called them to get an ETA they said we'll let us call you back in 10mins. They called back and said they had no staff to complete my move, everyone called out for the holidays. Terrible business. I will never book with them again! 1st and last.

I want to let you know this is the worst company you could possibly choose. My experience was deeply unprofessional, and the service I received was both incomplete and misleading.
They manipulate you by forcing you to pay $100 deposit to book them, so you won't decide choosing another company. The entire move was handled poorly. Specifically, only two movers were sent instead of the three that were promised, which significantly delayed the process and and allowed them to charge me more hours of labor. Furthermore, the team arrived without the proper equipment to move heavy furniture up the stairs. Although I was promised that a team would return the following morning to complete the job, no one arrived, and my subsequent calls and messages were unanswered. The manger then reached out to me and promised me that someone would come through the day without any timeframe and no one came. I continued to call and text and was ignored.
I am now forced to file a BBB complaint against them.

The guys were great! They moved my stuff with care. They came in to see what they had to move and then when we got to my new home they looked at all the bedrooms to see where things went. The also were very respectful. They only thing I can complain about is I was told they would be there after 10. I wish I had a better time frame because they didn't arrive until 2:30 pm. Other than that I will definitely recommend them to someone else.

I explained to the movers that I only had a certain amount of money, and they work real hard to get all done. I like how they wrap everything I didn’t know you wrap furniture. They were very professional and on time I would hire them again.

My experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was an absolute disaster from start to finish.
The crew damaged multiple pieces of my furniture ? items were broken, chipped, and carelessly handled. They stained my rug and showed a complete lack of respect for my home and belongings. This was not minor wear and tear; this was negligence.
What made the situation even worse was the horrific customer service. I was spoken to rudely, dismissed, and treated as though my concerns didn?t matter. There was no accountability, no urgency to fix the damage, and no professionalism whatsoever.
This has been ? and continues to be ? the worst experience I?ve ever had with a moving company. They simply do not care about their customers once they have your money.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.
