I had a great team of guys to move my family from one house to another. Thank you so much Jordan, Jack and London for the wonderful experience!! They arrived early and ready to work. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my belongings were secured and protected. All 3 had great personalities and they worked well together. I highly recommend this team and this company.

The crew worked very hard, and we're very efficient. They generally took very good care of our items and made sure that our furniture was moved carefully. I would hire again if I have to move at some point.

I want to let you know this is the worst company you could possibly choose. My experience was deeply unprofessional, and the service I received was both incomplete and misleading. They manipulate you by forcing you to pay $100 deposit to book them, so you won't decide choosing another company. The entire move was handled poorly. Specifically, only two movers were sent instead of the three that were promised, which significantly delayed the process and and allowed them to charge me more hours of labor. Furthermore, the team arrived without the proper equipment to move heavy furniture up the stairs. Although I was promised that a team would return the following morning to complete the job, no one arrived, and my subsequent calls and messages were unanswered. The manger then reached out to me and promised me that someone would come through the day without any timeframe and no one came. I continued to call and text and was ignored. I am now forced to file a BBB complaint against them.

This crew from All My Sons was professional in every way. They took great care in carefully packing my dad?s house and delivering everything expertly. Nothing damaged, broken, etc. and they tried to hard to put everything just as we wanted it in the new house. Caring and professional

The guys were great! They moved my stuff with care. They came in to see what they had to move and then when we got to my new home they looked at all the bedrooms to see where things went. The also were very respectful. They only thing I can complain about is I was told they would be there after 10. I wish I had a better time frame because they didn't arrive until 2:30 pm. Other than that I will definitely recommend them to someone else.

I explained to the movers that I only had a certain amount of money, and they work real hard to get all done. I like how they wrap everything I didn’t know you wrap furniture. They were very professional and on time I would hire them again.

Great service, knew what they were doing, efficient. They made the move really easy in a short amount of time even though there was a lot to move. They were also very nice to work with. We would 100% use them again.

They did an awesome job.. they were prompt.. handled my furniture with care.. if I ever need anything moved again they will be the ones I call. I found gladly recommend them to anyone

My experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The crew damaged multiple pieces of my furniture ? items were broken, chipped, and carelessly handled. They stained my rug and showed a complete lack of respect for my home and belongings. This was not minor wear and tear; this was negligence. What made the situation even worse was the horrific customer service. I was spoken to rudely, dismissed, and treated as though my concerns didn?t matter. There was no accountability, no urgency to fix the damage, and no professionalism whatsoever. This has been ? and continues to be ? the worst experience I?ve ever had with a moving company. They simply do not care about their customers once they have your money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

All My Sons was awful, unprofessional and rude. They make so many mistakes, excuses, broke my furniture, dirtied my carpets, took 12 hours for an easy move. Men walked off the job mid move. Management took zero responsibility. No action to assist. It was the worst experience ever. I typically use Two Men and a Truck and took a chance on All My Sons and it was the worse mistake. I could write a book ? of the mistakes. Please use Two Men and a Truck.

The 4 person crew was awesome to work with. Each member showed that they cared about how our property was loaded and then un-loaded. Any and all request were done with a happy smile. Thank you to Junior, Boston, Aaron and Danielle - you all are awesome !

The three gentlemen that came to do the move were exceptional. They were courteous and professional. Hats off to Rahmir, Jordan and Ronnie. Thank you for making our move so much easier.

They did arrive on time & they generally protected our furniture & homes. The team leader was polite & the initial customer service was good - up until moving day. Where we had problems: 1) The 5 movers were very disorganized & inefficient. They didn't load all the furniture we requested & during unloading they still went more than 2 hours past their own unloading estimate. We are still finding clearly labeled boxes and furniture in the wrong rooms. 2) The movers used my husband's tools without his permission. 3) The amount of truck space was mis-estimated. The second truck had barely anything in it. Maybe because they didn't load all they said they would, but that second truck was expensive. 4) They damaged several items & dented our basement ceiling. 5)I reached out to them 3x to try to resolve the issues. Each time they set up a call & then ghosted me. In the end, after paying them over $3k for an incomplete move, my husband & I still had to rent a uhaul to finish.

Team did a great job, on time, clean and tidy, and very careful with all furnishings. Like they were moving their own things. Everyone was Super polite and courteous. I used this team for temp move out and move back in. I would highly recommend them for your moving project.

We used All My Sons last weekend to move from Charlotte to Salisbury, and it could not have been a better experience. We had the BEST crew — Atil, Austin, Anthony, OG, and Howie (request them if you can!!). They wrapped absolutely everything, took furniture apart and put it all back together perfectly, and one of the guys even added new pads to the bottom of our pieces. Nothing was damaged — not even a wall nick. On top of being incredibly professional, they were so personable and genuinely felt like friends by the time they left. I will recommend them to absolutely everyone I know who has a move coming up.
