Never ever ever use these people They are rude, lazy, slooow as heck overpriced. Sloppy The crew manager threatened my husband with violence for trying to help, . The office manager didn't care. My house is a disaster because they put stuff wherever. They mixed up my bed pieces from different bedrooms. Left my furniture I assembled. Had one of my trucks show up at 6 pm instead of 11 am as scheduled. Then charged me to unload it after hours.....it was their fault a driver called out , not mine. I left a full review on help and google but I would stay far far away from this horrible company.

Very courteous and friendly employees. The guys worked their tail off all day to get my items moved to a new location that has a challenging landscape to unload the truck and get them into a basement apartment. They worked hard and never complained. Very professional and I would definitely recommend.

They were efficient and careful. Most importantly, I had a difficult time getting my container and they were extremely being flexible with timing on the move. They were wonderful to work with.

The customer service for this company is poor at best. It certainly is my fault that I didn?t read their reviews. They seem to have ?shady tactics? and tend to hit consumers with additional fees when they are most vulnerable. Everyone moving is on a timeline and had a level of expectation when someone is handling their personal belongings. They piled on additional fees after loading the truck and required payment of those fees prior to unloading. This unprofessional behavior seems to be the norm in their reviews. Logan or Jordan (because he had a name change during our conversation) says all fees and expenses were explained because they have a script to follow. Sounds questionable because the calls are not recorded AND they require a $100 non refundable deposit before you receive a contract. My recommendation, don?t use this company unless you have lots of discretionary disposable income.

2 small men who struggle with my furniture, with a 26ft truck that was maybe half full. Took extra time re wrapping furniture I had already wrapped using my shrink wrap and tape I purchased from Home Depot replacing with their wrap and tape and charged me for a roll of shrink wrap and a 4/6 pack of tape. I had already explained in a pre move call that I wouldn?t need these supplies and if furniture needed more wrapping I had the supplies and the movers saw that . I feel this milked more hours on my move than was necessary. When I left assuming that all the furniture was on the truck. I locked the apartment and came downstairs/elevator the guys told me they were coming behind me. They arrived an hour and 20 minutes later explaining they had a hard time getting my furniture from the building. They said they had my sofa/lovseat could not fit in elevator and had to bring downstairs manually which took more time. A 8 hour move 2 bdrm apt $1200, and a broken statue worth $300. NOT GOOD!

Our crew was fantastic! Ronnie, Mike and Marcus arrived on time and ready to work! They were courteous, professional, and so careful with all our things. I’ve never had the joy of using a full service moving company before, and let me tell you I will never move myself ever again. Five stars; they made our life so much easier today.

Terrible. Just awful. From being lied to, management dismissing our concerns and the packers actually wasting time drawing graffiti on my packages when I thought they were loading the truck! I will add photos and more context when I get thru this awful move. Never recommend. Management doesn't have any empathy and when asked for a phone number of his management he said no. Basically forcing me to find it myself and write awful reviews. I'm not someone that writes negative reviews but people should be warned. Stay away

All My Sons was my first and only choice. They are very professional, prompt, and have great communication! They ask all the right questions to get prepared. My household was handled with care. Jeremy and his father-in-law did a fantastic job were so friendly, much needed during this stressful time. Reasonably priced for the work they do. I would highly recommend AMS. Be sure to tip 🙂

Overall, we were satisfied with the service. The team arrived on time and was responsive to our questions. They worked efficiently while still being careful with our belongings. The move went smoothly, and overall it’s a solid company

The two gentlemen who arrived were very kind and professional. They worked well as a team and got all of our furniture moved with no mishaps. They stayed late to help us finish, moving our elderly neighbor we so appreciate their professionalism, courtesy, and kindness.

These guys were fantastic. They packed and loaded from 2 different locations and off loaded at 2 different locations in another state. They were on time and the quote was honored to the penny even though there were a couple pieces more. Nice, professional and took great care with packing. Will be using them in the future for yet another move.

Excellent job. 2nd time used them. Worked efficiently and non stop for entire 8 hr load and unload. Very friendly, made sure I knew that I was the customer. Have a good level of trust established now. Thanks. Will definitely use again.

As always All My Sons Moving did a great job. I always know what to expect when I work with them! They are so easy to work with, very thorough, and so professional . They have good processes from start to finish and they follow them each and every time.

Jasper, Zyun, and Red did fantastic for our move, they were so quick and careful and extremely nice. I would absolutely move with them again and recommend them to anyone moving!
