My experience with All My Sons wasn?t bad but wasn?t great either. The customer service by the company was strong, I had no issues scheduling my move. They were professional and communicative. What lowered my rating of the experience was the movers themselves. They were fun and helpful, however I wasn?t a fan with the way they handled our furniture. One of my dressers did unfortunately break down once it arrived to my new apartment which was disappointing to see. When unwrapping our furniture, they were very aggressive with them, just letting them hit the ground with full force. Some furniture wasn?t even unwrapped and we had to do it ourselves. Even after supplying them with Gatorade and food, they were complaining a lot about the tasks at hand which was frustrating to hear as a paying customer. One of the movers was also on the phone while bringing our furniture in. For how much I paid, I was just hoping for a better, more professional experience.

The 4 guys that came to our home in Acworth and moved us to Calhoun were absolutely AMAZING!!! They were carful with our home items, courteous and very respectful! would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of movers!!!! 👏👏👏😀😀😀

Omar and his crew were AWESOME! They were extremely careful about all our belongings AND both the home we were leaving as well as the one we moved into. The movers were polite, professional, and punctual. They carefully listened to our requests and instructions, checked to make sure nothing was forgotten and made sure everything was put where we wanted it. The front office people were the same way, explaining the process, answering all our questions and ensuring everything was taken care of from start to finish. The best moving experience I've ever had and I would absolutely recommend All My Sons to my family and friends!

If I could give them "0" I would. They broke my 75' TV and only offered me back $150 and when I call them the treat me terrible. My experience with this company has been the worst of my life, I was expecting professionalism from them and taking real responsibility for the mistreatment of my valuables.

This company is predatory in their pricing. They gave me a quote and came in 150% beyond their quote claiming it was an hourly service and that I should have told them to hurry up if I thought they were being slow. I had them move five items. It took them all day to move these items. Looking back it was clear they were just trying to get more hourly fees. I moved my entire 3000sq ft house with another company in least time than it took All My Sons to move those five items. They also held my property hostage in their truck until I paid their fee. After I paid they showed the damage. They didn?t strap the ping pong table down in the truck and it fell and slid around during transit causing significant gauges, cracks, and scratches. It?s ruined. They also cracked my poker table through the middle and lost many of the bolts needed to properly assemble it. Lastly they put a scratch in a new shiplap wall. They are also not being accountable for the damage. The company is a sham.

The crew did a thorough job wrapping and protecting the furniture, they were efficient, organized, and their experience was apparent. They moved us up a mountain with steep climbs and driveway like it was just a regular Tuesday. On top of that, they were all exceptionally friendly and upbeat. I would absolutely recommend.

The move started out fine with the initial walk through. As the hours passed I noticed some items were left behind in my house and some items were not completely put back together at the new house.They were about to leave and I had to ask them to come back in and finish the job. Screws were missing from my furniture and they damaged my dryer. I tried to file a claim but no response but they called to get my $7k payment to move my stuff. The manager of the move who goes by the name ?G? harassed me for two days about tipping his crew. After that terrible move why would I tip? He even cursed out his workers for messing up. It was nine people moving my stuff and they did a horrible job.

The crew manager threatened my husband with violence for trying to help, . The office manager didn't care.
My house is a disaster because they put stuff wherever. They mixed up my bed pieces from different bedrooms. Left my furniture I assembled. Had one of my trucks show up at 6 pm instead of 11 am as scheduled. Then charged me to unload it after hours.....it was their fault a driver called out , not mine.
I left a full review on help and google but I would stay far far away from this horrible company.

The guys worked their tail off all day to get my items moved to a new location that has a challenging landscape to unload the truck and get them into a basement apartment. The customer service for this company is poor at best. It certainly is my fault that I didn?t read their reviews. They seem to have ?shady tactics? and tend to hit consumers with additional fees when they are most vulnerable. Everyone moving is on a timeline and had a level of expectation when someone is handling their personal belongings. They piled on additional fees after loading the truck and required payment of those fees prior to unloading. This unprofessional behavior seems to be the norm in their reviews. Logan or Jordan (because he had a name change during our conversation) says all fees and expenses were explained because they have a script to follow. Sounds questionable because the calls are not recorded AND they require a $100 non refundable deposit before you receive a contract.
My recommendation, don?t use this company unless you have lots of discretionary disposable income.

2 small men who struggle with my furniture, with a 26ft truck that was maybe half full. Took extra time re wrapping furniture I had already wrapped using my shrink wrap and tape I purchased from Home Depot replacing with their wrap and tape and charged me for a roll of shrink wrap and a 4/6 pack of tape. I had already explained in a pre move call that I wouldn?t need these supplies and if furniture needed more wrapping I had the supplies and the movers saw that . I feel this milked more hours on my move than was necessary.
When I left assuming that all the furniture was on the truck. I locked the apartment and came downstairs/elevator the guys told me they were coming behind me. They arrived an hour and 20 minutes later explaining they had a hard time getting my furniture from the building. They said they had my sofa/lovseat could not fit in elevator and had to bring downstairs manually which took more time. A 8 hour move 2 bdrm apt $1200, and a broken statue worth $300. NOT GOOD!
