A terrible experience! Please do not make the same mistake I made, and give your hard-earned money to a company like this. Schedule a move for a SINGLE BEDROOM and a few boxes. There was a total of about 6 pieces of furniture and 5 boxes. I was quoted a rate of $179 an hour and about a two hour move. High rate but seemed reasonable. On the phone, I was made aware of a travel fee of an hour and that was it. It took two movers two hours to get the furniture and boxes into the truck to head to the drop off location. Mover employees were not bad, but they wrapped everything (mind you this was not communicated to me in terms of time cost nor in terms of product cost).... and it took way too long to wrap and load. Once we got to the drop off location (about a 10 minute drive from the pick up location) I was told to pay before unload. I was fine with that, what I was not comfortable with was the fee. Yes! We were blown away with the friendly, knowledgeable, patient moving crew that moved my father from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. They were very efficient yet took their time to wrap all his possessions. When at the new place reassembled all his processions and even rearranged a room that did not turn out nice with the original plan. Respectful. I just can’t say enough. I have already recommended them several times and wouldn’t use anyone else if we had a move in the future.

My experience with All My Sons Moving (Cherry Hill, NJ) was the worst service I?ve ever had. I was quoted $1,500 for a simple in?state move, but the crew arrived smelling strongly of weed, stalled for hours, barely worked, and tried to charge $200/hr for 12 hours to move fewer than ten pieces of furniture. They took apart furniture unnecessarily, couldn?t reassemble it, and forced me to pay before unloading, refusing to let me inspect anything. We ended up moving much of the furniture ourselves. The next day we discovered major damage: drilled holes through three credenzas, a 500+ lb credenza split from improper handling, a stained couch, a broken $1,500 art piece, and scratched chairs. I filed a claim for nearly $10,000 with photos and receipts, but for months the company refused to review evidence or take responsibility. Their claims rep blocked every attempt Geoff Burgess. He won?t allow me to escalate the claim and is unprofessional. He goes off a script and refuses to help.

We had an excellent experience working with Khalil and his crew from All My Sons Moving. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding — from the initial quote, to scheduling the move, to making a last-minute change due to an unforeseen schedule issue. The office staff was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process feel seamless. On moving day, Khalil and his team arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They took extreme care with all of our belongings while moving us from a two-bedroom apartment into our first home. Everything was handled thoughtfully and professionally, and nothing was rushed or careless. Beyond their attention to detail, the crew was personable, polite, and respectful, which made a huge difference. They were also incredibly efficient and turned what could have been a very stressful day into a genuinely pleasant experience. The 2 men that came to clear out my furniture did a fantastic job. They completed the job quickly and we're very professional in their conduct work my wife & I. I would recommend them to anyone needing a move, in-s tate or out.

This company did not meet our expectations and was very dissatisfied with the way management handle my situation. The movers were doing more arguing with each other then concentrating on my move. The movers was grossly underestimated with movers not bringing enough boxes forcing me to buy 30 more boxes at a Home Depot. Company tried blaming me for the delays and times the movers actually finished at 3:00 am. Manager Tim, even tried to collect an additional $1,300.00 for the extra time the movers took and stated they will hold my furniture as hostage.

Yes : They were fast and wrapped anything in site with bubble wrap or blankets. Advise new customers to keep an eye on what ever is going on the truck , some stuff may want to be left behind. They liked the pizza We treated them to

All my sons moving were great! They packed up my whole house in 3 hours, stored it overnight and the.n delivered it safely the next day. They again unpacked it again within 3 hours. Everything was very smooth!

Movers friendly and very good at there job when paying was a little uncomfortable person on the phone talking to driver made it feel like illegal transaction you have the money I will stay in the line like I wasn’t going to pay

Absolutely AWFUL Service - I recently moved and had my brand new OLED tv smashed during the moving process. I am understanding that problems do occur, the issue is the customer services after the incident! I have been getting the run around from the customer service team. The claims took over a week to get submitted and then another month to get processed. Really unfair circumstances to the customer that paid immediately after the service was done. I regret ever using them as a service. Stay away!!! UPDATE - These scumbags offered me $150 for my $1000 tv that they broke! Refusing to replace or repair! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. One customer service even laughed at me, while asking for help. I will be filing this in small claims court and already filed a report with the BBB. Such awful people here that treat their customers even worst!
