All My Sons Moving & Storage

Yes, it was the most expedient experience I’ve ever had with movers. These guys showed up and immediately got to work and made a quick work of my move! It was amazing and was my third time using All My Sons!

Awful experience - do not use ALL MY SONS! From the start the driver was rude and abrasive. I told him that there were certain items that had to go and he assured me that everything would fit. They ended up leaving a LOT of things behind that I then had to hire people to clean out at an additional cost. They copied and pasted my signature from the one form that I signed to authorize the move. I was never allowed to read the forms. A move that should have taken 4 hours took 7 hours, which doubled my costs. They took a 90 minute lunch break but only documented a 30 minute lunch break, so they told me. Again, I never saw anything. They stripped the screws on my bed when they were putting it together but claimed it was done previously. Then why not tell me that when you took it apart? They damaged the wall when moving an empty dolly in my new apartment. The dude just shrugged and took a picture "to document it" but they didn't discount the bill, again as far as I know. Never again

Great movers I was not as ready as I should have been but they picked up the slack. Joel and his team were kind and fast on a stressful day fir my family.

I add 2 smooth, a family piano. Which I was donating. I contacted all my sons moving in storage to get an estimate and to get an impression of who they were. I was impressed with their staff with their answers and requested a couple of special situations like a quick turnaround and they were able to accommodate everything that I needed. The day of the move, I had 3 wonderful young men who came and respectfully walk through to see what needed to be done. They took care of making sure the area was cleared.And that they could move the very heavy, very old piano safely upstairs. This was accomplished in a timely manner. They did a great job of taking care of the piano, and they were very accommodating for everything that I needed. They represent their company very well.Their work ethic was excellent.

Jacob and Mason did a great job with our move. They listened to what we needed and they were friendly, polite, and efficient. We used All My Sons for junk removal as well, and Tyler and Jason did an excellent job. They were quick, friendly, and got the job done right. We would highly recommend All My Sons for moving and Junk removal.

Showed up on time and took time to secure my items for the trip. Excellent work on moving furniture out of the house without damaging anything. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

Their customer service was excellent. They found a way to schedule a last minute transfer of my personal items on different moving company 's truck to one of their trucks and deliver the load to my apartment. Everyone from the scheduler to the two men doing the moving work were efficient, professional and friendly. They were awesome helping me in a frustrating and difficult situation with a different moving company.

The guys kept me up to date as to their arrival time. They worked quickly and efficiently. No complaints!

Chris and his crew were amazing! They each came in and introduced themselves and were polite all the way around. They wrapped everything and took very good care of our items. It was a huge move and done timely and efficiently.

The team was great to work with. I highly recommend them.

2 men showed up and were respectful and thorough as far as "thier" policy. Wasted an hour or so wrapping furniture that we expressed we not interested in wrapping. Also charged a full hour for drive time for a 20 minute trip up the road. Proceeded to work at a slower pace than normal to ensure the hourly charges kept adding up. For a 2 bedroom apartment move with 1 couch the pricing was almost 1k. Would not recommend or use again.

The two guys who helped us were thoughtful, friendly, fast and careful. Wonderful people and great company!!

Prompt Efficient Professional Friendly

Those two guys were such hard workers and so Professional. They did an outstanding job. I Would definitely highly recommend them

I am giving this review 2 stars because my movers were great. The problem was the immense amount of add on fees for All My Sons. My labor was under $500 for my move and my fees ended up being over $500. AMS charge less per hour to draw you in and then kill you with fees. I turned down two other bids that would have been $250 less and charged more per hour. Huge mistake on my part. Plus I was told, in a conversation with the booking guy, that my mileage was going to be 30 mins to and from the depot for an hour charge and then on site it?s was $100 plus more! I did not take this out on my movers. It?s not their fault. Thank goodness for them, they caught an extra fee added to my bill for junk removal when I didn?t have one piece of junk leaving with them. It was under a misc fee! Beware! They will hold you goods on their truck until you pay their outrageous fees!

The team did an amazing job of packing and moving valuable antiques. The job was bigger than any of us knew, but the team pushed through for ten hours while maintaining a polite and positive attitude. I will use them again in a heart beat.
