I had a great experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage. The signup process was quick and easy, and the staff was very courteous throughout everything. They were extremely busy and accidentally missed my appointment by a day, but they handled the situation professionally and made up for it with a hefty discount. The movers worked super fast, handled my furniture carefully, and made the whole move much less stressful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend them.

All My Sons did a fantastic job on my local move. I’ve had them do several moves for me over the last decade and each time their professionalism, high quality performance, and attention to detail has made each move a breeze. I highly recommend All My Sons!

Sent a worker high on marijuana. Trashed my BBQ grill and a solid oak desk. Added charges not mentioned in the estimate.

I had a mixed experience with All My Sons Moving. The move was completed, and the supervisor handled an issue professionally and returned a tip that should not have been requested. However, one of the movers touched my shoulder and made a comment about my appearance while I was alone in my home, which felt inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. He also directly asked for a tip, which I later learned is against company policy. While I appreciate management addressing it afterward, the experience made my move more stressful than it should have been.

Very professional and I loved the service

I am writing to formally complain about a recent service I booked through your company to move and reassemble a Pottery Barn Loft full-size bed from a basement bedroom to an upstairs bedroom. When I scheduled the service, I clearly explained the type of bed and the scope of work required, and I was given a same-day appointment with a quoted price. Two workers arrived that afternoon and informed me that the job was booked for only one hour. They proceeded to disassemble the bed and move it upstairs. However, upon attempting reassembly, they informed me that the bed was not aligned properly and they were unable to complete the setup. I asked them to correct the issue, which they attempted, but shortly afterward, they called me back to say they still could not figure it out. At that point, there was also a crack in the bed that had not been there before their work. I expressed my concern and stated that they needed to complete the job, as I was left with a partially assembled and now damaged bed. I was then told they were out of time and could not continue. When I requested a refund, I was told that it could not be done either. One of the workers also mentioned that, after speaking with his supervisor, he should not have been assigned to assemble bunk or loft beds in the first place, despite my having clearly described the bed when booking. While the workers were still present, I called your office to report the issue. The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and rude. I have since made two additional calls and left a message with corporate, but I have not received any response. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid for a service that was not completed, which resulted in damage to my furniture, and has not been addressed despite multiple follow-ups. I am requesting the following: A full refund for the service Compensation or repair for the damage caused to the bed

Rodney and Anthony were our movers. They were on time, efficient and friendly. They did a great job in getting my mom and I moved. I would highly recommend this company.

The best I can say is that they wrapped my mattresses up. What I requested be moved two seater sofa, ottoman, 2 tvs 65in, 45 in, 1 king sized bed, 1 disassembled bunk bed (full/twin), table w 5 chairs, some boxes and totes, entertain center, book self, and wine cabinet. Canceled my original reservation, claimed to offer a discount due to schedule modification. What I got was 2 movers a 26 ft truck arriving 3 hrs behind schedule and over 7 hrs of utter headache and disappointment. Point A to move to point B less then 4 miles, nothing assembled, lost hardware, weed smokers, and just clear laziness. As a service member NEVER again.

The gentleman who moved me showed up on time. Plus moved my items in a professional and efficient way. The cost of the move was very reasonable. I would use them again especially for a short notice move.

I want to start by giving kudos to the moving staff of Chris, G & a 3rd gentleman (I hate I can?t remember his name); but they moved me in the frigid temps at the end of Jan. It is beyond appreciated That office staff of Tony, Kobe & whomever else sits back in the back office leaves MUCH to be desired! The end price ended up being almost double the quote. After 3-4 confirmation calls; information changed and/or new fees were added on, or tried to be sold to me. While I am aware I needed the help of movers (as it?s just me); what I DO KNOW is that I will not use All My Sons again. Due to miscommunications on their back end, I ended up calling in to work due to msgs left in my phone and wasting a vacation day at work from their right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. To say upset is an understatement! The office knew it too; as the crew that did come had to pivot as they were not my original crew but they pushed through & for that I am thankful! J Jones

The team was amazing. They showed up on time. Very courteous. They wrapped all items carefully. Removed them from our old house and into the new house with no issues. Very informative and explained everything well. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

John and DJ were great. On schedule, treated all the furniture with great care. And they did not get mad my at the wife, that alone they deserve 5 stars. I would highly recommend All my sons to all. I would ask for John and his team if you want to get the best.
