Charles, Jabari & Treshon were great with move and tried hard to keep me within the budget I had which wasn’t a lot. They got the job done with 1 extra stop within the 3 hour goal even with them taking a break midway thru the move
I would encourage lil more training on working efficiently but using the padding inside the truck floor to move furniture properly so it’s not damaged or scraped as well as carefully watching the ceilings for upstairs movement. Even with these mishaps I would hire them again

One star is generous. I hired them recently, and they ruined my brand-new sofa and chair. The crew was also highly unprofessional. I walked into my kitchen to find one of the crew members with his dirty sneaker sitting ON TOP OF my brand-new kitchen island. I attempted to resolve the matter of the damage directly with the company long before posting this review. I reported the damage immediately after the move and followed up multiple times, but they ignored me until I took action with my bank and disputed the moving charge. Only then did I receive a response regarding my claim. They eventually offered a settlement for the damage, but accepting it required signing a broad settlement agreement that included confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions. I repeatedly asked that the agreement be revised so that it applied specifically to my furniture-damage claim. That request was also ignored. I would not recommend them to anyone who cares about their furniture.

The crew of four men were exceptional from their arrival until the job was complete. They were professional and courteous throughout the day. They worked very hard with no breaks. I am recommending them to all my friends.

The crew showed up angry they had to work a second job that day. They did extensive damage to a house that I am in process of selling. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken in the moving process. It took them over an hour to get to the new home which was under 15 minutes away. When we called because we thought they disappeared with our stuff no one picked up the phone. They would not start unloading until I paid them twice the estimated cost but it took an hour to pay them because the app for payment wasn't working so we sat waiting. No I will not be recommending All My Sons to anyone.

Adonated storage unit was packed up for friskies's rescue then, bought to my home and sorted and put into storage units until we can solve the items for the rescue.

These guys were spectacular! The team leader introduced himself and his crew upon arrival and they got straight to work. They navigated my moving chaos with ease and at my request added an item that I neglected to include in my inventory without a problem. They were friendly, courteous and fast. Everything arrived in the same condition it was in when it was packed. There were no hidden fees and I isid exactly what I was quoted. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

Dakota and Tony went above and beyond and with professionalism and expertise. They were very careful and considerate during the entire 71/2 hours they constantly loaded and unloaded the van.
All My Sons should recognize what asset Dakota and Tony are to the company. It is because of great movers like them that I chose AMSM again. I tell everyone one what wonderful movers you have.

The 4 professional, kind, hard working gentlemen arrived promptly at 9 am. After going through the house with all the guys, Dante was the team lead, they went right to work. I expected my antiques to be wrapped, but it was a rainy day and they wrapped EVERYTHING!!. They were kind and answered my questions and. requests in such a nice way. They finally finished unpacking the truck at 8 pm. Every piece moved arrived safely. I would highly recommend All My Sons to everyone. I was overwhelmingly satisfied with their service. The move was good. Took longer and cost a bit more than expected for the few items for an in-town move 21 minute drive (queen bed, nightstand, coffee table, and four sectional couch). There were no boxes, clothes, dishes, etc to move, just those few items. The power wire to the motor for one of my sectionals was cut during the move, so I have to get that fixed. Other than that, great team and professional.
