If you're planning to move, I can tell you who not to hire. " All my Sons Moving Company" It was a complete disaster with them. It all started with a walkthrough video. I videoed everything in the house that needed to be moved and they gave me a quote and a binding contact. Which I agreed to and seemed fair. The day of the move, they showed up about 45 min late. They were supposed to start at 830 am.They were to have two trucks and six men and move everything in one day. Shortly after they arrived, two of the men had to leave, because there was a problem with one of the employees that they ended up having to let go. So first off, i'm down two men for about four hours before the boss returned with someone new. Also, the second truck they brought was a much smaller rental truck. Not one of their company logo trucks. I knew right this was going to be an issue. About halfway through the move, they send someone over from the Chattanooga office to see how things were going.

Do not use All My Sons. I was quoted around $110 an hour to move one bed, two dressers, a washer and dryer, couches, and a vanity, yet somehow about two and a half hours of work turned into a $600 bill and the new address was only 0.2 miles away!!
The move itself only took about two to two and a half hours, but they still charged me for an extra hour. A huge part of the delay was them spending around an hour and a half wrapping everything, even after I specifically asked them not to wrap my furniture excessively. Once they got to the new place, unloading took only about 10 minutes.
What made the experience even worse is that they require payment before they will unload the truck. I was told the charges would be updated and prorated for any overage based on the projected end time, but that apparently does not happen automatically. They do not reverse those extra charges unless you specifically call and ask for them to be removed.

The packing up in TN and performance was outstanding. All items were given the same level of care to be wrapped securely before being place carefully in the truck. All three gentlemen were very professional doing the job, although two were newly hired (Jacob and Adam) and we're also assigned to drive the loaded truck to Kentucky for the delivery. Both Jacob and Adam were very attentive to where everything needed to delivered to, this being either within the house, outside the house on the back patio, or within the garage. They both had to deal with rain and mud, but did not track any mud into the house! Additional, they reassembled everything they took a part the prior day with precision, attention to detail and placement. They both made sure where I needed any heavy furniture or bins/boxes, so that I didn't need to re-move them after they left. In our 25 years in the military and moving 9 times, they were the best! These two gentlemen deserve a bonus & accolades for a job well done!

Took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. The guys were tired from a morning move and Donovan was very unprofessional while on a call with his guys. Almost $900 to move from one building to another one across a parking lot, literally a parking lot between the two buildings. I had to threaten calling the Tn attorney general and the police to get our things unloaded finally. 3:45pm to 11:30ish pm. I do not recommend this company at all! Also, charged us for tape and plastic wrap that definitely wasn?t needed! They up charge for consumables! The crew left used tape and plastic wrap in the parking lot

This company will rip you off!!! Moving crew broke my daughter's bed that we paid $600 for. We supplied their claim department with a receipt and they said they base their replacement cost for damaged items off weight and we only will be reimbursed $105. Claims replacement was very short and rude. Called to talk to management and they just transferred to multiple people who said they couldn't help me and said they would call me back. Nothing... This is after the crew offered my daughter additional insurance and she opted for the insurance at an additional cost. But guess what, they deny she got the insurance also. Find another company!!!

This moving company is a joke. Took 8 hours to move 15 furniture pieces with four men moving them. Then they all get into a fist fight while I took photos of the damages that happened to not just the furniture pieces but to my car as well. Paid them $2,300 only for their claims department to say the best they can do it $300 back to us. the broke my childâ  s dresser and bed, my car has deep scratches all over the hood, my hutch granite piece has a chunk missing from it and the tops broken off. Their manager had to come out twice to us. Avoid this moving company at all cost.

have to start by saying I am 33 weeks pregnant and it is not possible for me to move stuff at all. If I could leave this place zero stars I would. The actual guys who did the work were awesome and deserve 5 stars, and the fact that this review could reflect poorly on them bothers me. Itâ s really Chad their boss that I have a MAJOR problem with. We had a conversation the day before the move talking about all the stuff I have. I was concerned that all of my stuff would not fit in the truck. Chad continued to reassure me that it wouldnâ t be a problem at all. Chad suggested that I hire a 3rd mover due to the amount of items I had, I agreed that he would know better than me. He stated that the movers would be there at 8am the following day. Next day dawns and Chad calls me at 8:15 stating that their truck broke down and they were having a delay in their schedule, his guys would be there by 11am, he stated for the inconvenience he would send a 4th guy at no charge to me. I told him I understood and not to worry about it. Noon rolls around and I still havenâ t seen the movers, I call and ask because like any person on moving day I have a lot of things going on. They stated to me that they were sorry and the guys were just finishing up a job. The movers arrived around 12:20 and got straight to work. Again the movers were absolutely awesome!!! After the movers were mostly done I was informed that due to the slant in my driveway they could not fit everything on the truck, when they arrived I was charged close to 2300$ I asked if since not everything was retrieved from my house if there would be compensation. Chad informed me it was not his problem that my driveway was slanted and it was essentially a me problem. I asked to speak with his manager and he told me that his boss Zach does not have a direct line. I didnâ t want to write the review because I didnâ t want it to reflect on the guys who do the actual work, but unfortunately I have to. I will also have to figure out how to get the rest of my stuff to my new house at 33 weeks pregnantâ ¦ so yeah NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

I wanted to thank the team at All My Sons for a wonderful moving experience today! From the time we booked the move, their high level of communication was awesome. Colins is a rockstar and was sure that we had all of the information we needed through the entire process. Today when the team showed up to move my son to his new apartment out of state, they met us with a smile, and were so respectful and polite. All My Sons sent Christian, Cornelius & Gary to our new home in Red Bank, TN. They unloaded our truck carefully and expeditiously. They were very kind and friendly and made the whole process smooth.
