The movers themselves were fast and efficient, which is why I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
I spoke with someone at the office the morning of the move, and they never informed me that only two movers would be arriving instead of the three that had been promised. Because of this, I had to spend time negotiating pricing while the movers were already on the clock.
Additionally, unloading took less time than what I was ultimately charged for, and the adjustment/refund I was told would happen was never made.
I have also tried contacting the company by phone afterward to address these concerns and have been unable to reach anyone.
Overall, while the movers worked quickly, the communication, billing, and customer service issues left me very dissatisfied.

The movers purposely moved slow to drag out the time. I was sent 2 movers to locally move a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment from the 3rd floor. My family moved more than the movers did. In transit to the 2nd location I stopped to get water for everyone and the movers got to my house before I did and tried to hold my things hostage on the moving truck until I made a payment which I was not told in advance I had to do. I was charged for a quoted time and when the movers finished early I was not refunded the full amount for the difference in time. When I called about the refund I was given the run around and told a manager would call me back and they never did. Horrible business, horrible customer service, and untrustworthy.

Was quoted one price the day before the move then was hit with additional cost the day of the move. They came an hour late and tried to sell me insurance for another 50.00. Would not recommend.

Worst move of the 7 moves in my life. Broken items, missing items, items they disassembled they could not assemble because they lost parts (beds), put boxes in wrong rooms, furniture damaged, wardrobe boxes did not have hanger bars ~ clothes just stuffed in wardrobes requiring us to launder or dry clean. It was a horrible experience - i would not recommend them.

This company needs to be shut down. Skylar at the Savannah location is very rude and took full advantage of the eldery. Charging them almost 500.00 please do not use this company and save your money.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONTACT THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. They don’t deserve any stars. We contacted AMS about getting a quote on moving a treadmill from upstairs in our home, down to the garage. During the quote I explained we needed it taken apart, moved, and put back together. They gave the a quote price that sounded great. The next day we booked them to come move the treadmill, once again during the booking process I explained what exactly I needed done and was told that wouldn’t be a problem. The next day I call for the third time to make sure they understood what all I needed done, the type of tread, and that it needed to be assembled and reassembled, once again I was told it was no big deal and they would be able to do it. When the 2 movers arrived at my house they started taking the tread apart immediately, about 15/20 into taking it apart to move one of the movers came downstairs to have me sign some paperwork and c

After they completed the move I was pressured to give a unqualified rating for the move. Now, that I have unpacked my boxes. furniture was damaged by turning cabinets upside down. Open containers with liquids were packed with clothing causing them to be damage or un usable.

It seems to me that the most basic thing you can ask of a mover is that they show up for the move. This company stood us up. They bailed just hours before the scheduled time and were completely unwilling to help us find an alternative.

The move was a nightmare. Customer service was excellent, but the movers were very inexperienced. I had three movers one Mover was very, very knowledgeable and experienced the other two movers were young and experience. They did not have a clue about how to pack furniture or load furniture. The legs for my orthopedic chair was removed from the chair and lose during the move process. I paid for packing and I ended up packing a lot of things myself. do not blame the movers as they were young and inexperienced and over worked . They were two hours late for my scheduled time and Management did not even call me too informed me what was going on. No communication from management I blame management as a whole.

They are scam artist. My original quote was for 8400 lbs. They said every cost was by weight only. If it was more weight , it would cost more. They would weigh the truck before it got there and weigh it when loaded. I never got a weight ticket before or after. When the movers showed up on the day of the move, I had to sign an agreement that I had never seen before. In the agreement it had all types of other expenses, boxes, tape, mats, fuel cost and others. At that point, I got the office on the phone and told him that was not our deal. He argued and said they talked about all the cost, which was a lie. I had to be out of the house the next day, what do you do? They got me!!! For anyone thinking about using All my Sons out of Savannah, please think again.

DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL MY SONS!! They deleted my review!! Please go read the other reviews! I will be contacting the BBB. They quoted us $209 PER HOUR! I have videos and pictures to prove it. My brother had to help them move our stuff (what is the point of hiring movers?) from/to the new place of residence. They wait until they load up the truck and then tell you the SCAM! We paid close to $1600 to move from Berwick to Georgetown. They moved 1 bedroom set, about 15 boxes, an entertainment center, a box spring, and a large file cabinet. They have a plethora of hidden fees that they do not tell you about! Then they threaten you! Please do your proper due diligence and DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL MY SONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DELETE NEGATIVE/HONEST REVIEWS !!! I have reposted it several times!
