All My Sons Moving & Storage

Unfortunately, this move was not the experience I was hoping for. I moved just 4 miles?from a 3-bedroom apartment to a single-story 3-bedroom house?and had already done all the packing myself. The only assistance I needed was with disassembling beds and transporting furniture. The two movers arrived at 8:00 AM but didn?t finish until after 2:00 PM, which felt excessive given the short distance and level of preparation. Throughout the day, they worked very slowly, took multiple breaks in the truck, and even spent about 20 minutes on an iPad during the job. I was also frustrated with unexpected charges. They damaged a roll of wrap, opened a second one, and charged me for both. I was told blankets would be used for furniture, yet I was billed for plastic wrap instead. On top of that, I was charged $197 for gas plus an additional 60 minutes of drive time for a 4-mile move. In total, the move cost nearly $1,700, which felt extremely high for the service provided.

Everyone we had contact with were professional and helpful. The movers were on time, careful with our stuff and communicated very well with us during the day to keep us aware of the progress so we could manage expectations. I would definitely use them again.

I didn’t think it would take two days to move out but it did and crew was amazing very respectful and were there always for us any little thing we needed they were fast can’t say enough about this guy representing this great company

This was the worst experience I?ve ever had with a moving company. The movers damaged both my old place and my new one. At my old apartment, they slammed my dresser into the wall and damaged the drywall down to the metal. At my new place, they ripped up the flooring. They also placed fragile boxes upside down and complained about the workload throughout the move. On top of that, they arrived without the correct move instructions, despite me giving detailed instructions twice over the phone to the corporate office. I was told those notes were lost due to a computer issue. After the move, the movers themselves directed me to contact management for compensation for the damages. I have reached out multiple times and have received absolutely no response. This company is completely unprofessional. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

My dispatch crew kept me informed, let me know the options, and walked me through the process. The movers were on time, courteous, hard working, and timely. They were pros and I would use them again.

The estimate was fair & clearly laid out up front prior to the move. The moving team of Eric, Jeremiah & Able were in constant motion - quick and efficient with no wasted time. They were courteous, professional & respectful of us as a client & of every item being moved. We would recommend All My Sons & especially this 3-man moving team to anyone looking for a quality, honest & effective moving company!

Paul and his partner were amazing! They were efficient, great at communicating and problem solving. We would hire them again in a heart beat!

The salesman told me it would take about 6 hours however he estimated it for 10 hours to be on the high side. Moving crew showed up and said they would be done well before 6 PM which was the 10 hour mark. He said they finish fast to save the customer money so the customer tips them well. At 6 PM they weren't even close to being done and told me it would be closer to 10 PM. The supervisor also told me I was being charged by the hour which was $377 per hour. At 8 PM the "boss" called to collect payment based on a 10 PM end time. After telling him I didnt want to pay until the job was finished he told the workers to stop and lock up the full truck and they wouldn't off load it until paid. I was forced to pay for 14 hours. At 10 PM the crew said they were done because the Boss said they had to stop because I refused to pay for more. When I told the crewnthat was a lie, another worker said their boss doesn't let them work past 10PM because of Overtime. The supervisor then told me

What a great experience. Kevin and Jeremiah are an unbeatable team. They came to an apartment that wasn’t fully ready and packed it with care, got everything moved safely, and were so kind —and just plain nice, even though it was a long, long day. Their supervisors/bosses came to walk through , showing the level of care the company took overall. Definitely recommend.
