All My Sons Moving & Storage

Very disappointing experience. I was originally quoted around $370 for two movers. I understood that I would be paying for travel time there and back, but once they arrived at my house, suddenly the pricing was different and there were additional charges, including the truck, movers, travel time, and a $100 deposit. I was in a situation where I needed to move out quickly, so once they were already at my house, I really didn?t have much choice but to proceed. What made it worse was that they would not start working until the payment situation was settled, but the clock was still running while we were discussing the charges. Because of that, I ended up getting only about an hour and a half of actual moving work. The most uncomfortable part was when I tried to pay part of the amount in cash. The mover was on the phone with Chris, and Chris wanted proof that I actually had the cash. I was told to fan out my cash and have a picture taken of

Terrible experience. The amount of furniture I had shouldn?t have taken as long as it did. The guys showed up with no tools. I was told they would disassemble and assemble my items. They had no tools at all. I had to call someone to bring tools. Then after working so slow they made holes in my walls. And today I discovered that they broke a leg off my dresser. And they did not tell me. They just laid the dresser on the broken foot as if I wouldn?t notice. The manager Chris is very rude when speaking to him. I would never use or recommend this company. The movers are inexperienced and can barely hold the wait. On top of that she pulled the truck blasting loud rap music my calm and beautiful neighborhood of west chase very embarrassing.

This company robbed me and put me 6 grand in debt. Stay away at all costs. I spent several years in the military and have moved all over the states utilizing many different companies. They did not have any issues taking my money and staying in contact with me daily,to include three times the day if my move. After waiting all day, being informed they would be by around 3pm I remained patient. Shortly after 4pm I reached out to be informed my move har been canceled without explanation. I was given the runaround for almost four hours, spoke to three managers all of which transferred me to someone else. I was told my money was refunded, but they refused to provide paperwork. In fact, I did not receive any paperwork from them. Due to this I had to pay another months rent, after I had already paid my deposit and rent for my new location. I have yet to receive my money. Considering how much debt I acquired due to this company I had to get mt lawyer involved. STAY AWAY

Not a great . A job that should have taken two hours or less took over three hours.

Yes they did a good professional job. The cost however was outrageous!! $400. To move be bed 40 feet within the same house. How can you honestly justify this price!!!

Unprofessional and slow. Anything of value to me was broken! They charge by the hour and will do whatever it takes to ?take there time? just use ANYONE else you were considering please

They got the job done efficiently and completely. Prompt, courteous and friendly.

Clem and his partner were wonderful. They arrived on time and worked nonstop. They were very careful with our furniture. They placed everything for us in our new home. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. That said, the move cost more than we had expected. Try to get a complete cost before you book do you will be aware if the (high) cost fir “materials.”

They had a great attitude, worked incredibly fast, and took amazing care of our furniture. Moving is usually a headache, but these guys made it a smooth, positive experience. Clem and Carlen were both excellent. They made my experience stress free and worry free. They were very prepared and professional in their approach to my move. They worked together to maximize the time needed for the move. I didn’t feel like they were running up the clock, in fact, the opposite was true, I felt like they worked very efficiently and effectively. I would recommend both Clem and Carlen to anyone looking to make a move. All My Sons as a company was very professional, transparent with pricing, and truthful about everything. These are good people and I hope and pray they don’t lose Clem and Carlen. If the others are anywhere near as good as these two men were then they have an awesome crew. Keep up the amazing work Clem and Carlen. My wife and I are rooting for your success.

900 dollars to move a one bed room appt that my minimalist mother stayed in .didn't show up on time .drug something that should have taken an hour tops.my mom is 80 and stay alone then held her things on the truck until she paid in full .AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS LOTS OF HIDDEN CHARGES QUOTS FOR ONE TIME FRAME BUT WILL DRAG JOB OUT TO PAD THE BILL......DANGER AVOID!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

This was my 2nd time using All My Son’s Moving. They do such a great job, very careful with everything, and they super fast and extremely professional. I won’t use anyone else.

I used All My Sons movers to move my household furniture to my new home which was 100 miles away. The movers were on time at both residences, quick, careful with my belongings and professional. If you need a mover I strongly recommend All My Sons.

I needed 2 items moved a mattress & recliner to 2 different addresses. No worry, the / men protected both pieces, placed just how I needed. The chair had to be put on top of a palette, the man is 6'4"" with knee issues! No hesitation . Both were courteous, introduced themselves., efficient. I bought an hour, we got it don in that time. Moving is not inexpensive, but was well worth the hasselfree experience. Paula
