We had two gentlemen from All My Sons assist us with a move from one apartment to another in the same building. They took care of all the heavy lifting, including dismantling and reassembling our split-king adjustable bed. They were professional and pleasant the entire time

The technicians, Omar and Eric, were helpful, courteous, and respectful of me and my belongings. They worked well together and efficiently wrapped and moved items safely out of my home and onto the truck.
They exhibited the same manner upon delivery to the destination. My belongings were safely unwrapped and placed exactly where I requested.

My experience with All My Sons was great. The three guys who were sent to take care of my move in were experienced, professional, courteous, and took care with my belongings even though the condition of the pod was not ideal since the company I used to pack the pod did not do an ideal job when packing, so things were in disarray in the pod. They completed the move in with time to spare and they even cleaned up the mess that was left behind by my broken items. They went above and beyond what was expected. I was even given a discount on the price. I would highly recommend All My Sons Moving if Yous want a professional experience.

The gentlemen transported a few pieces of furniture from an antique store to my home and delivered them to their specific placement in my home (including an upstairs room) with great care and efficiency. They were able to do the transport the day following my call and were very professional, friendly, and communicated very well regarding status, price, etc. All My Sons exceeded my expectations and I will certainly call them again!

Marlon, Jonathan, and Vern were consummate pros. I hate moving and they made it a very good experience. They took good care of my things, NOTHING WAS BROKEN. They were very communicative and friendly, and I felt well taken care of and trusting of them within the first hour. Their management was very responsive to any issues, yet I cannot stress enough that the 3 men I was in direct contact with, Marlon the lead, Jonathan, and Vern, were very much the face of the company to me and I'd wish them for everyone's experience. I've always had DoD contract moves, these 3 gentlemen beat ALL those moves, in packing and delivery.

The company recommended 2 men because I did not have appliances to move. The 2 men took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse. I was told they would be at my apartment at 8am and they did not come to 2pm. When I called the dispatch said that I was the second move. The team scratched the walls and I am truly disappointed in the service after I was assured that the time would be about 5 hours. I know this is an estimate, but I feel like they saw a woman and tried to get all of my money to move.

I am very pleased with the services I received from All My Sons moving. The movers were very respectable, caring, detailed with handling all of my belongings.
The only con I had was when they were not able to come the day of my scheduled move. We had to reschedule, and they offered me a credit toward the charges.

Isaiah, Capone, and Daneda were total rockstars! We had a ton of stuff (most of it heavy) and they loaded and unloaded it up a flight of stairs all under 5 hours without slowing down. I truly have no clue how they did it! If anyone is worried about your move costing too much it is ABSOLUTELY money well spent with these guys. I have over 500 books (and almost all of my boxes, not just books, were heavy) and they carried every. single. box. Someone needs to give them a raise or something cause this team just secured All My Sons for every future move I have.

My rating is for the Moving crew only!! They were all professional, friendly, and efficient. From start to finish, I enjoyed their ability to transport my belongings and nothing was broke or missing! As far as the company itself as it relates to pricing and billing, I will be filing a complaint. I was absolutely gouged! The Moving consultant quote it me a price for three helpers and the conversation was such that a final price when she talked about all the moving parts was about $554. When the crew arrived to unload my belongings, I was met with a bill of over $1500!!! The billing department representative was very knotty and I got no resolution, even though I pulled up notes and conversations from the moving consultant months prior to my move, that was discussed. I had to let my belongings stay on the truck held hostage! I called the corporate office and explained what I expected versus what happened…next day bill was at drop off was over $1200! I paid, but I’ll file a complaint!!!

The movers arrived much later than originally quoted. The guys were friendly and did a good job, but I was charged double what my quote was and was not happy with that situation. Again, not the fault of the movers or the work itself.

If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would! The only slight saving grace for the company is the customer service was mostly great. I never received a final bill detailing costs. The movers broke my stuff by trying to FORCE it down the stairwell. I had to throw stuff away because of them. The movers wasted my time by spending close to an hour using MY RESTROOM. The movers drug out the move intentionally by not using the dolly and had moving everything. I heard the lead mover talking about how he intentionally drags out the time so ?get [his] money? and that the company knows that he does it. They showed up LATE. They were supposed to be here between 8-9. Called me at 850 saying they would be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I called them back, didn?t start til 1030. The main office HUNG UP ON ME when I called back to correct the finishing time. I didn?t get my money back despite them finishing early and my deposit WAS NOT applied to bill/refunded. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This company was a life saver for us! PODS was unable to deliver to our address on Monday. We called All My Sons Moving and Storage Monday and they were at the PODS warehouse Tuesday morning and delivered and moved everything safely from a 16 foot POD in record time. They were professional, friendly, and efficient! Great customer service and reasonably priced! If you need a move in the Virginia Beach area, this the company to call.
