In-State Moving Service
Terrible experience and 80% of the items were not moved, movers complained about everything took 5 hours to move 20% of items . Cedric was professional, intelligent and did 80% of the work, Xavier was lazy and argumentative. Another company had moved the exact same items into the storage and it took them just under 5 hours to move everything including the heavy equipment over a longer distance. The operations manager at all my sons was not able to help and bordered on uncivil.i would never use this company again and DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! Considering they did not move the items as contracted and still charged me over $700. Im considering filing a lawsuit to recover my money and added expenses.
Response from All My Sons Moving & Storage
"Odel, we appreciate you recognizing Cedric?s effort while sharing your concerns about the rest of the crew and your interaction with our operations manager. Experiencing long hours with only a portion completed and an unexpected higher amount on the final bill is understandably a frustrating experience. We are sorry we left you feeling that the service did not match what you contracted for and we would like to address your concerns fully. Please contact our office at 877-550-5827 or wecareyelp@allmysons.com at your earliest convenience to discuss this further."

DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING ? GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND WATCH THE CLOCK I chose All My Sons Moving after getting **three different moving quotes**, all from companies with comparable crews. Two companies quoted me based on inventory/items, while All My Sons quoted me based on time. The other companies were estimating roughly **$650?$750 for the move and 3?4 hours of labor.** All My Sons made the time-based pricing sound like the better deal. It was NOT. When I originally got quotes, I had estimated a fully packed 1 bedroom apartment(of one singular person). To save money and reduce the stress of moving, I spent the **entire month packing and moving a significant amount of my belongings into a storage unit myself**. By moving most of my things ahead of time, I intentionally made this move MUCH smaller than what I originally described when getting quotes. What did I actually have left? **A couch, side tables, approximately 10 boxes, a bed, a mirror, 4 barstools and a few odds
Response from All My Sons Moving & Storage
"Alexandra, we are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We can understand how frustrating it would be to receive an initial estimate and then be presented with a higher total during the moving process. We never want any customer to feel caught off guard by the final cost or feel that they weren?t given clear information upfront. Please reach out to us at 877-550-5827 or wecare@allmysons.com so we can further address your concerns. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback."

In-State Moving Service
Everyone who arrived was super friendly. They made sure that all of the items I needed moved were carefully packed. Everything arrived at the final destination in the same condition it left. I was on a time crunch at the drop off location and they worked hard to get everything inside on time.

I had a very bad experience with this company first time using them and the last time I will use them, delivered my bed to the new house and they lost my brackets and screws to my bed now I can?t put my bed back together I am so upset then they were supposed to be at my apartment between 8-9 AM and didn?t come until around 1:45 pm and finish at 11:00 pm and I still can?t sleep in my bed because it?s not put together because the movers lost my brackets and my screws to my bed so I?m sleeping on the floor I try getting in contact with someone and they say they will come me back and never do so it?s like they are giving me the run around I am very disappointed with this company I need something done about this situation I would never recommend this company to anyone

In-State Moving Service
This was the worst moving experience I ever had!!!! Book any other company, but them!!! They are not efficient, overpriced, and unprofessional! I was charged almost triple the amount because they moved extremely slowly and the lift gate to the truck was broken. Management isn?t helpful at all even while speaking to them while the move is going on. The movers damaged my walls and doors in both my old and new apartment. I was charged for materials that I never asked for nor was I asked if I wanted them used. Management doesn?t resolve anything so don?t even waste your breath talking to them.

Excellent customer service! All My Sons stayed in communication with updates via text & email. Che in the front office was always available to provide timely info & to address any concerns, needs, or modifications to schedule. The movers Josiah & Brandon were the best! Courteous, helpful, willing to go the extra mile & a pleasure to or with. Definitely recommend & will use All My Sons again for my moving needs.

I received three movers which was great! Definitely cuts down on the time it would take with just two people. The movers were great! They took really good care of my things as far as preparing items for transport and loading and unloading. Some things that were a bit concerning… one of the guys was on the phone the entire time which was unprofessional in my opinion. Second, I was the last move of the day so by the time we got to my storage unit one of the guys outwardly wanted to be done and stated because I guess they were going over time or near close of business and “he doesn’t work for free” and was kind just putting things wherever instead of listening and helping to rearrange some things for items to fit neatly. It’s not my fault that they scheduled 7 moves for one day and the last move (my move) which could potentially run into closing time. In addition, while they were still moving my things I felt pressured to submit my payment because they were closing and they weren’t done

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STELLAR SERVICE FROM ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE
All My Sons Moving & Storage came through for me in a major time-sensitive situation, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Their team moved with urgency, professionalism, and real compassion. Not only did they handle everything smoothly and efficiently, but they even waived certain fees to help make the entire process easier on me during a stressful moment.
From start to finish, they were prompt, courteous, and right on time—a level of service that’s rare these days. The crew worked hard, respected my belongings, and made sure every detail was handled with care.
I highly recommend All My Sons to anyone who needs dependable movers who truly go above and beyond. Five stars all the way!

Brandon and Tymir are outstanding!! Very professional, hard working- on time, able to get queen sleeper sofa upstairs in a tight space- moved fragile glass dining table and heavy bed set with ease and without damage to furniture or walls!...Although nearing the end of the work day, they were very patient letting me figure out placement. I am a repeat customer-Thank You Brandon and Tymir Exceptional job!

I contacted All my son moving company and they were very helpful & professional. The staff over the phone was able to get me a team of 3 to move my home furniture in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone but keep in mind be very specific and prepared also can’t control the time spend between packing, moving and delivering your furniture.
