I had a very bad experience with this company first time using them and the last time I will use them, delivered my bed to the new house and they lost my brackets and screws to my bed now I can?t put my bed back together I am so upset then they were supposed to be at my apartment between 8-9 AM and didn?t come until around 1:45 pm and finish at 11:00 pm and I still can?t sleep in my bed because it?s not put together because the movers lost my brackets and my screws to my bed so I?m sleeping on the floor I try getting in contact with someone and they say they will come me back and never do so it?s like they are giving me the run around I am very disappointed with this company I need something done about this situation I would never recommend this company to anyone

This was the worst moving experience I ever had!!!! Book any other company, but them!!! They are not efficient, overpriced, and unprofessional! I was charged almost triple the amount because they moved extremely slowly and the lift gate to the truck was broken. Management isn?t helpful at all even while speaking to them while the move is going on. The movers damaged my walls and doors in both my old and new apartment. I was charged for materials that I never asked for nor was I asked if I wanted them used. Management doesn?t resolve anything so don?t even waste your breath talking to them.

Che in the front office was always available to provide timely info & to address any concerns, needs, or modifications to schedule. The movers Josiah & Brandon were the best! I received three movers which was great! Definitely cuts down on the time it would take with just two people. The movers were great! They took really good care of my things as far as preparing items for transport and loading and unloading. Some things that were a bit concerning… one of the guys was on the phone the entire time which was unprofessional in my opinion. Second, I was the last move of the day so by the time we got to my storage unit one of the guys outwardly wanted to be done and stated because I guess they were going over time or near close of business and “he doesn’t work for free” and was kind just putting things wherever instead of listening and helping to rearrange some things for items to fit neatly. It’s not my fault that they scheduled 7 moves for one day and the last move (my move) which could potentially run into closing time. In addition, while they were still moving my things I felt pressured to submit my payment because they were closing and they weren’t done

Brandon and Tymir are outstanding!! Very professional, hard working- on time, able to get queen sleeper sofa upstairs in a tight space- moved fragile glass dining table and heavy bed set with ease and without damage to furniture or walls!...Although nearing the end of the work day, they were very patient letting me figure out placement. I contacted All my son moving company and they were very helpful & professional. The staff over the phone was able to get me a team of 3 to move my home furniture in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone but keep in mind be very specific and prepared also can’t control the time spend between packing, moving and delivering your furniture.

The entire experience with All My Sons Moving was exceptional, from my first contact with them till the final piece was unloaded and all debris stowed away.
Every individual was polite and professional. Our move came in at just under the estimate. Our belongings were carefully wrapped, stowed, and unloaded exactly according to our plan. We were continually asked is there anything else we can do for you. Does anything need to be moved before we leave?
We have moved 8 times over the past 50 years, and this was by far our best move ever!

Terrible lazy service. Paid $199 an hour for 3 guys thinking they would knock it out quickly and it took forever. Very lazy, didn?t listen to instructioms. Had to remove things while they watched. Specifically told the person that made the reservation that tools would be needed to disassemble bed and table and they brought tools. We found an Allen wrench for the bed and the guy told me the screws were all stripped and he couldn?t get the bed apart. My son had to go and unscrew one of the screws to show him how. The office took one hour bird but the move shouldn?t have cost what it did. I?m glad they used plastic wrapped but didn?t know I was being charged for it. Very disappointing!

Great job by two men who worked hard and carefully, professional, personable and courteous. Easy to set up this move with company’s office, they explained process, costs and scheduled the move rapidly at my convenience. The charges for this move were on an hourly basis and the two men assigned to the move worked hard to minimize the amount of hours they would be on the move yet made sure all items were properly wrapped, secured in truck, expediently transported to new location, unloaded, unwrapped and placed exactly where i wanted the furniture. I was impressed by the efficiency of this company and my two men who did the moving!

Not professionals. Damaged my house They are so slow just to make time. They moved only my deep freezer, armoire closet, dining set and fridge and I was charged for 6.5 hours. You pay for their lunch time(they charge you) and they charge $133 for materials You don?t get the charge or balance until you get to your new destination when you really do not have a choice. They set up the dining set, moved the fridge in (with the help of my mother and I), cracked a tray in the fridge and damaged the door, left the armoire in the living room(they don?t hv enough manpower to get it to the room and to get extra people will be extra money, and the guys do not have the tools needed to carry the heavy stuff) Left the other stuff all over the place, unpacked and their trash left. Walls scratched and Isiah very rude and super unprofessional. Save yourself the heartache and headache, do not use these people. You are better off using Mexicans on the street
