All My Sons Moving & Storage

The guys doingvthe moving were great and polite. My biggest complaint is with customer service. I booked the move, gave them a deposit 7 days before the move. Two days before the move we reviewed details and they sprang a !6% fuel charge on the total amount instead miles travel. Unacceptable! Bait and switch! Call it what it is. Raise your price whatever but a 16% fuel charge on the total bill is ridiculous! I will not recommend them nor use them again.

Movers were on time and very professional while also making sure the hard work got done in a timely fashion

The office was great as I expected, but the actual movers were not. The three guys who moved our storage unit, a 10x20 that was not full of large items, took their time and spent way too much time checking their phones for who knows what. I expected the movers too be as professional as the first time and put their phones down and get the job done as quickly as possible.

Mr. Brown and his team were very hard working and professional. He was very careful with all my home goods and furniture. I would definitely recommend him to move anybody anywhere!

A 2 room apartment, with minimal furniture, and 30 packed boxes took 3 and a half hours to load. The movers were polite but slow and unprepared. I had to go buy Allen wrenches to get legs off of couch. I also had to search my building for a flat cart because the movers were not sure how they were going to get the horizontal dresser out. When I complained to the local office of all that was happening, he expressed that the 2 movers were 2 of the best he had. I felt that was pathetic, if truth or a sarcastic lie. Total charged was 1200 and that was with a minor discount of 100. This was for 6 hours of work to move a 2 room apartment. They milked the clock by wrapping and wrapping and wrapping a few items until I finally said that is enough of the wrapping. You need to get the stuff on the truck. Your burning up my money. It was a stressful/expensive experience and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Be ware.

Movers were efficient and flexible, customer was great! Alittle confusion at the beginning but they most definitely made it right and above and beyond!

Definitely use a different company. Lord, gauged for extra fees big time. $97.00 for fuel for a 29 mile round trip from their warehouse, through move and back to their warehouse. $101 for shrink wrap on a couch, loveseat and bed. $10 max as I am sure they buy in bulk. Late by 90 minutes. Was told 11am arrival and arrival at 1230. By that time I had everything lined up at the door. Should have been a max of 2.5 hours but charged for 3.25. One mover talking to his sweetie on phone at one time. New guy in training today I guess. You should see the blank receipt they gave me with no breakdown. I will get one somehow and see about these extra fees. I think its pretty cheap to file a small claims these days. I won't even start with the story of the confirmation call the day before. Trying to cancel my move and hanging up on me. Steaming hot mad at this company the last 2 days. Gonna hit every where possible for 0 star reviews and I will get creative with getting the word out.

Experience was positive and professional. My move was all large, heavy items and the crew was creative in their approach and got the job done timely.

I can't even express how grateful we are for the help today from All My Sons Moving and Storage. Craig was a professional and efficient crew leader, and Anfernee and Dwayne were polite, professional, and FAST. They treated our items with care and got the job done quickly. We will definitely recommend them to others and use their company again in the future! I'm so grateful!

The two movers, Craig Carpenter and Johnny carefully loaded the trailer with my household goods. They wrapped the furniture pieces to protect them during my long distance move. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I needed someone to move a few boxes from my parcel room to my address that was a block away and it wouldn’t fit in my car, no more than 5 boxes. The best deal I could get for that was 300. 150 for the hour and 150 for the gas to get back to wherever they are located. When they showed up in a huge semi truck I realized that these guys are really for large moving needs like full house moves maybe? So do with that what you will, Anyway they did a great Job moving my 5 boxes.

I these guys were awesome! Very professional, efficient, friendly, courteous, took care of wrapping everything as if it were their own property. Teamwork was amazing! They looked after each other and knew what was needed every step of the way! The two guys we had were Craig Carpenter and David. If I have anything else to move, I am definite barely calling them! On a scale of 1-10 they blew customer service out of the water and I would give them a 150 EASILY! Thank you both so much and thank you Nick for the professionalism getting it set up on such short notice and everything handled better than I ever expected! Thank you again Craig and David! You are tops in my book!!! If you have a place to post photos, we took some after the move was complete and the smiles on everyoneâ s faces will tell you the level of satisfaction!
