The movers were great. The office was not. I was quoted one price. I was told it was good but then sent a non binding agreement which had higher price. I contacted them before move. Project price was as originally discussed. Day of move the price was changed several times. It increased. When the movers picked up the furniture, even though it was a higher price, I accepted that. When the movers were delivering furniture to my home, price increased again. I was instructed to pay a bigger amount. $200. I spoke with office and had some charges lowered. Agent was extremely rude. The movers would not deliver furniture until I paid what they wanted. I would not be disappointed if they were upfront with pricing. I don?t appreciate how they snuck increases and then held furniture hostage. I double checked what the agreement was. The only contract they give you is ?industry standard. They charged me $252 that was not discussed to wrap mirror and dressers. Some tape and some shrink wrap.

The movers were late, they broke my expensive art table, and they did not prioritize what I asked them to do and they spent longer on the job because of it. So I got overcharged for them to do what I didn't want them to do.

So I called a week ahead of time to set up the appointment for the movers and to get the cost and I talk to a woman over the phone . She was really nice and polite. I told her exactly what I had to move. I said that eight things to move. I had a queen size bed with base only and a small desk with chair, six dresser drawer, two TVs, small sectional couch, one nightstand and six boxes. I also let her know the address that I was leaving and the address I was moving to and we both said a hour drive, So set it up and locked the date in. Then I ended up moving in to days earlier. The price that was giving to me was 500.00. They never told me time star when they got to me , Because we talk and I signed some paperwork on the young man tablet and then 15 minutes later they began to work. Yes they were taking their time trying to get those thing loaded on the truck .So when they was done I headed out to my new address that only took me 57 minutes and this was on a Sunday Morning early . $800

The woman who receives their business calls, I think her name was Georgia, not sure, anyway she was awesome. Great personality and easy to communicate with. Got me set up for same day service. Needed my moving truck unloaded. The men who arrived were also personal and easy going. Got the entire truck unloaded and placed the belongings as I indicated in about 1 1/2 hours. 20 foot uhaul packed. Great work while at the same time handled the items with care. Highly recommend this company and their employees. Score 10 across the board.

All my son’s moving is a great company to work with not just with scheduling my project, but the crew that worked at my house were really terrific.
Stone, Doug & Gilbert - friendly, courteous, and professional. It was a tough job and I think the pricing was reasonable. I will be recommend this company to anyone.
