Scott was the one who set up my move and he was kind enough to understand that I needed three men instead of two. When the guy showed up, it was obvious I desperately needed help and was clearly overwhelmed with what I needed to accomplish to complete my walk-through timely, I did not make the walk-through, but the gentleman were able to get my things packed up neatly and securely. They were very methodical with some of the smaller knickknacks and fragile items. I really appreciate their time and patience helping me move my condo. After living there for 8 years, I had amassed quite a bit of junk, and I had not realized it. The team provided materials, packing boxes, and tape to accomplish this job. They also were able to get all of my things moved from the condo into my storage unit with ease. It was a long day and I really, really appreciate the help and kindness from the three men. Alex and his men were quiet and provided a focused environment to get the job done efficiently.

Sabrina and her crew were very professional, took time to review the packing and moving of all items on the front end and ensured the back end every item was placed in the proper location. This move went and well as could have been expected. Would highly recommend!

The young men were pleasant and professional. They unpacked the Pod carefully but were steady. I had regular household items along with a few family antiques and fragile art work. Ryan Hatz was who I dealt with initially, He was very thorough about the process and paperwork. The other two laborers, Dominic and Mario, were efficient and pleasant. I learned later, my sister-in-law's hired this company in Colorado and was as impressed as I am with them.

Ryan and his crew were excellent. they were courteous and professional. they moved quickly and efficiently but took care with all the furniture. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Luis Valencia San Miguel did a superb job. Timely arrival, secure and smooth packing and delivery. All items were packed and loaded, arrived in good order and were set up to my satisfaction. Neva was also great. Very impressive team!

John Burnett and his helper did a great job moving me from Johnstown to Berthoud . Surprised at how well the company communicated with me every step of the move . Price was competitive and service was excellent .

this company was beyond the worst moving experience Iâ ve ever had. The truck was loaded extremely haphazardly and over 40 boxes were damaged along with priceless antique furniture. I do not feel like received the professional movers that I paid for. Upon trying to get an apology and some money back from the company, I was ignored for over a week and then they tried to blame me because they damaged my property. This company is extremely rude and argumentative and will not apologize. Avoid this company

It was super easy to book the move and they explained everything in detail related to how the move would work and all the expenses. Day of move, they were fast and efficient, took great care of my things. Great moving crew!

They were super unprofessional, damaged my house and property through sheer negligence and lack of training. The guy who low-balled me on the quote over a video call said they would lay down protection for the flooring and cover the door jambs to prevent damage to both houses but that turned out to be a lie. Instead, they tracked snow melt throughout my house, grinding it into the new carpets, and actually completely tore the stop strip off one of the unprotected door frames with my dresser. They rolled my tabletop across slate tile floors completely destroying the edge finish. They also scratched and gouged my entertainment center by jamming their dolly under it before lifting and then proceeded to dump the unsecured glass shelves out of it. Lastly they broke the control motor off of my adjustable bed frame, rendering it useless. I also got to pay extra for the packing materials they barely used despite them damaging the furniture they did cover anyway. Now, even though I paid $175 extra for their "Protection Plan", which states they would repair or replace broken and damaged items up to $5000, AMS refuses to pay the full amount for repairs and they are refusing to replace the $2200 medically needed bed frame that cannot be repaired. They offered a measly $395 for the over $2700 in damages they caused me and refuse to negotiate. Do yourself a favor, don't get scammed by this company like me and so many others and don't trust the questionable 5 star reviews on this site. Check the Yelp and BBB reviews if you want an accurate idea of how horribly AMS treats their customers. They are scammers who put on a professional act just long enough to get your business and $100 deposit and then hit you with additional expenses and fees as soon as they have your stuff on the truck to hold for ransom. If you don't agree they threaten to leave your stuff in the street because they know exactly how ridiculously expensive and difficult it would be to hire another mover on such short notice. They are a scummy company that doesn't deserve a cent from you.

They are friendly, time efficient and worth the money.
