The fellows were efficient when they got here, but the timing wasn’t as expected; I was told that I would get a call between 7:30 and 8 AM with a schedule. I called at 8:30, and someone showed up without telling us that they were on the way about 45 minutes later. They were able to finish quickly, but it was a little nerve-wracking.

So I hired them to move my mom?.. worst mistake ever!!!! Not only was the move double (my mom on fixed income and they charged 800 for 11 pieces of furniture?. They told me there was 2 guys to be there to do it?. The guy Alejandro was good handling the job cuz it took 1.5 hours to wrap 2 pieces of furniture?.. well then they get to drop off location and I guess kept my mom family heirloom curio?.. it?s nowhere but I have video of them putting in truck just not taking it off?. When I reported I was told they didn?t care?.. awful customer service they lie about price and then steal ur stuff!!!!!whatever you do do not use these people when u call around cheaper is never cheaper??..so I was quoted max 400 however charged 800 plus a $3000 curio cabinet!!!!!

All My Sons made it easy to book our move. They arrived on time, were respectful of our household items, were quick and careful. Sebastian was the driver and in charge of the men that came with him. We hired a four man crew, but due to an illness only three men arrived. Made no difference in the time they took to load and unload their truck. These men were quick and nice. One of their bosses called to let us know about the three movers and then gave us a reduced rate. I would highly recommend All My Sons for your moving needs.

The team I dealt with to make arrangements were great. We hired 3 movers and they were great, except they didn't let us know when they left, so we didn't have an opportunity to check the truck and were left missing a lamp. When we called, we were told the truck was empty but it was not left behind at the starting residence.

This company lacks transparency and consistency. I received conflicting information from multiple employees, and accountability was repeatedly shifted onto me as the customer. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I spoke with a female representative who quoted me a price slightly over $300, which aligned with my past experience using Two Men and a Truck (who I would highly recommend). Later, I spoke with Chris, who claimed I had signed an agreement for $700. I did not sign or authorize any such agreement. During the move, the two workers suggested wrapping additional items and adding boxes, but no pricing details were disclosed. When I raised concerns afterward, both Chris and the "manager", Allen, responded dismissively, stating, ?You weren?t on site that?s not our problem,? despite the fact that no costs were communicated to me in advance. Throughout the conversation, statements were attributed to me that I never made.

The job included moving heavy and cumbersome furniture from one room into another. The two movers moved carefully and timely. They were very tuned in so as not to waste customer time and even moved very heavy, difficult, vintage treadmill!

Great guys. Very careful & considerate. They moved a 400 lb church organ. It took 3 guys. They knew exactly how to manage the load & they secured the organ securely in the truck quickly & efficiently. At the destination they used the same care unloading it & placing it where the customer wanted. We just observed the work. Very respectful team. They thanked us for the work several times.

I hired All My Sons for a short local move. The crew started out great, but they made a huge mistake ? they left an entire room of my belongings behind. Yes, I should?ve double-checked, but I was physically exhausted, grieving the loss of my father, and trusted them to be thorough. When I called to report it, the person was condescending and unhelpful. He offered to fix it ? but only after my move-out deadline, which didn?t help at all. My girlfriend called to try and resolve it calmly, but things got worse. They falsely accused me of being threatening, told her it sounded like ?a personal problem,? and a corporate rep actually said, ?I see why he hung up on you,? before hanging up on her. They told us they ?won?t bump other customers? ? basically, once they?ve got your money, you?re no longer a priority. The movers themselves may be good, but if there?s a problem, you?re screwed. I?m now scrambling for help before I get hit with late move-out penalties.

When I called to book this company I told them exactly what i wanted. - Move Barber chair, coke machine, gym size bike and glider from one room to another. Told them that they would have to take one apart but I wasn't sure how much. I was excited that they were available. The "son" told me they would bring tools with them which gave me the impression that they would have more than a hammer and screwdriver to do the job.. The two young men messed around for more than 1 hour when I finally asked if there was a problem . Turns out they did not know exactly what to do nor have the tools to do it. They never offered to make any kind of amends or to come back at no charge etc. The company charges $100 up front - then a 2 hour minimum. which is apparently whether they do the job or not. I am totally dismayed that I was charged $400 for nothing. I am not sure if this is just a lousy business or that they took advantage of me being a woman and handicapped. Pretty damn sad.
