All My Sons Moving & Storage

I highly recommend All My Sons Houston. We used them for an out-of-state move, and the crew was incredibly efficient from start to finish. Beyond that, they were professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. Having moved 17 times, I can honestly say a crew like this is rare. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless.

Overall, they got the job completed. The for sure get paid by the hour, so no rush to get it completed. I brought a big portion of the big items out to the truck myself. They dropped my couch causing recliner function not to work properly now. They put a big dent in my metal front door with the fridge. All this and absolutely no care about the damages. Took almost an hour to get to the storage facility with my items. Overall, not satisfied with the service. No follow up call from office to ask how the movers performed. Then specifically asked for a 20% tip when all said and done. Will not let me upload photos to show damages done.

I strongly do not recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage. I truly wish I had read the reviews before booking with them, because my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was highly unprofessional and clearly lacked proper training. They did not know how to correctly use moving equipment or handle furniture with care. As a result, several of my items were damaged?including a broken mirror from my dresser?and multiple walls in my home were scratched. They also lost the power cord to my television, and when I called the company to try to locate it, they hung up on me. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I tried to offer guidance to prevent further damage, they refused my help and still failed to properly complete the job. This was a frustrating and costly experience. I will never use their services again.
