All My Sons Moving & Storage

Elijah and his crew showed up by 8:30 and put in a full day wrapping and packing my things in their trucks and then unloading at my new home. No damage and no missing pieces. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of these guys.

Trevor and Bryce did an excellent job of packing, moving and delivering our household goods.

Both Jalen and Lededric were great! They were fast, hard working, and careful with my things! They noticed that my dresser was previously damaged and brought it up to me, I told them I thought it'd break in the move. They were able to move it without breaking. Because of them I'd definitely use All my sons again!

Expert, efficient, patient and polite. It was a complicated move and Eddy and Tyrell made it all happen. I thought price was reasonable for all the work and equipment involved. Their attitude and expertise made the move about as stress free as it could be.

I have had a lot of challenges trying to move across the US. And not only where the compassionate and understanding, they patiently helped me work it miscommunication. They made sure everything was where I needed to go and careful with everything, they got everything done less then an hour and even helped put my bed together so I can finally sleep in my own bed at my be house. I'm so grateful for everything they did to help my and my family

We had a great experience with All My Sons. From the very first call, their follow up; clarity of prices. The three men who came to move us (led by Trey) were experienced, thorough, careful and professionally unhesitating. Never slowing down. Make sure you let them know if you need boxes for packing. For us they used EX large black plastic garbage bags we had available for our hanging clothes. That way we din not have to pay for wardrobe boxes to move our clothes. What a great idea and easy to unpack. They had 3 Dollie’s for moving, plenty of moving blankets. Nothing was scared or broken! It was a wow event. We packed most of our boxes. That saved $$$$!

I should have read reviews prior to booking because all of them talked about deceptive pricing. The whole experience was misleading. When I called to book the move, I was told the price was $229 per hour. No one said that labor would be $229 per hour, per worker. You should say that upfront. You should also mention that a huge fee would be charged for gas. That wasn't specifically discussed. The guys that came were nice and did everything I asked them to do. Once they told me the total, I was shocked at all the things I was charged for that your salesman/booking agent did not mention at the time of the reservation. Since I was dealing with the absorbent pricing over the phone, I didn't get a chance to tell the movers how to pack the storage, so it was packed wrong. All the smaller containers that I need access to were packed first and the heavy items were packed last. By the time I got to my storage, they were done, so it was too late. I couldn't afford to tell them to rearrange m

I am a widow with a medically fragile daughter, so I hired movers to reduce stress during our move. The crew inspected my apartment, the lead driver immediately used my bathroom, and they spent hours packing and loading my belongings without raising any concerns. I even left to buy cold Gatorades for the crew. The lead driver later refused to move a bookcase that was the last piece of furniture my husband and I purchased together. I accepted the risk and asked that they simply try. I was told they could not help disconnect a hose for my stacked washer/dryer. After I called the company, the lead driver suddenly announced the move was over because my apartment was supposedly so filthy it was making him sick. This was after hours of working inside my home. The crew then stopped for about an hour before arriving at my new apartment, leaving me frantic and repeatedly calling the office to find my belongings. Since unpacking, we have found damaged furniture, dents, cracks, and broken items.

Worst experience ever. All furniture was damaged, home was damaged, job was rushed.Even the claim process was terrible. Very stressful experience that will stay with me for years. I need a new mattress, box spring, treadmill and several family heirlooms that survived decades but not this move. Just stating facts.

This movers were so courteous and so efficient. They were very careful in handling my furniture and boxes. I was very pleased that I had hired them and will do so in the future.

They billed me for 830 but didn?t start working till nine then they build me an hour for lunch then they build me 30 minutes at the end of the project. They billed an incorrect rate for the gas after speaking to them .an incorrect rate for the gas after speaking to them about these many errors. They stated they would refund some of it. then when I called after a few days, they still hadn?t taken care of it.

Team of three guys who were very professional and efficient. Paid attention to all small items and furniture and wrapped large items for protection. It was a hot humid day and they were hauling a large quantity of heavy boxes down stairs and onto the truck. They stayed positive and wanted to make sure we were pleased with their efforts. They communicated their progress and were very focused.

I am posting this review in hopes that someone at All My Sons will finally address my concerns. My moving experience was extremely disappointing. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged during the move, and the movers also caused damage to my boyfriend?s home, including damage to walls, a door, and hardwood floors. The move felt disorganized and unprofessional. One mover told me it was only his third day on the job. Throughout the day, I overheard repeated arguments between the movers, and by the end of the move one of them told me he was ?done? with the job. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to be exposed to employee conflicts during an already stressful move. To make matters worse, the final cost was nearly three times higher than expected. I immediately filed a claim, uploaded photos, and emailed wecare@allmysons.com as requested. More than 48 hours later, I still have not received a meaningful response regarding the damages or next steps. Cannot recommend this company.

First of all, they arrived 2 hours late. We had a small job- 3 beds, 3 dressers, 2 couches, and a console table. No boxes. Not even a full house of furniture. We had been quoted $1200 since we were going to have 3 guys and our move was smaller. They moved incredibly slow to drive up the hourly price and the move took all day long. The men told us multiple times they accept tips- which is very rude. Once at our new house, they left a large gash in our brand new wood floors and knocked a large chunk off the corner of my solid wood console table. They did not even tell me about it. They did not arrange furniture in the bedrooms, just piled it in the corner for us to rearrange and one nightstand was left sitting in the living room on top Of our leather chair. Our final bill was $2600! Do not use them!

I highly recommend All My Sons Houston. We used them for an out-of-state move, and the crew was incredibly efficient from start to finish. Beyond that, they were professional, kind, and courteous throughout the entire process. Having moved 17 times, I can honestly say a crew like this is rare. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless.
