Called me two days before my move to tell me they cannot store my items because their warehouse is full?. Reservation was made 3 weeks prior. 2 days before!! then I had to find a place to store with zero help. Already being stressed packing, I continued to use them for the move. Found my storage unit 13 minutes from my house the next day. Wrong choice to use them. Charged me an unexpected surcharge of gas of $80 on top of the $175 for ?transportation? even tho the storage unit was 13 minutes away?. Less than 3 miles in Miami. These movers are super expensive charged me close to $450 more than moving companies like FlatRate Movers. Their packers go slow? you pay by the hour. one person does the wrapping while the other two movers watched him. Next, they wouldn?t split up in the storage unit place. All three had to go together making sure the trip lasted longer. The estimate for my move was easily $200 more than what they told me & $450 more than other places.Do not use them in Miami.

Helped us step by step from explaining the process, to check in a few days after booking, to confirming everything the day or two before and on the day of the move they were prompt, organized and did an excellent job. I even got a call half way through to make sure the move was going well. The only mishap was my receipt was given at end of the job. I will have to reach out to find out the total. My son was unaware that the receipt needed to be given to him at the end of the job.

I found myself in a predicament when my previous movers canceled last minute (not All My Sons). I was recommended to All My Sons Moving and Storage.
From the moment I called and spoke with their receptionist she was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was able to accommodate me last minute. I was able to make an appointment and saved myself the headache that I was living in.
I was met by Benjamin and Marquise. They worked VERY quickly and very kind. They handled my items with the utmost care and respect. I will use All My Sons Hialeah for my future moves and recommend to friends and family.

This was my second time using All My Sons. They showed up right on time when they said they would. They took their time and wrapped everything up that needed to get wrapped up. They handled Everything that I’ve spent years paying for with the same care as if it was their own stuff.
They could tell I was really tired so they asked me to just relax and they were there to handle it. Terron, Devon and Cedric were super cool and were a top notch crew! It was worth every penny! I had to make a couple of dump runs and they put everything exactly where my wife wanted it. She told me she was incredibly comfortable with them and they were super polite and respectful especially Devon. Cedric is a trip but made the whole experience very entertaining and enjoyable. Terron made sure we stayed on schedule and coordinated the move perfectly! If you can. Request that crew! You won’t be disappointed.

We needed a rental truck unloaded at our new home. All My Sons was easy to work with in scheduling (despite many annoying changes we had to make due to move in date issues we had). Justo and Jose who did the unloading were really great! On-time, good communication, very careful with our belongings. Definitely recommend.

Don't make the same bad decision i did!!! Movers were professional and polite but also slow and inefficient. I wouldn't recommend because it's extremely overpriced. ($$$750 for 11 items for 2 blocks) I moved exactly 1 couch, 3 plants, 3 mirrors, 2 picture frames, 1 small box and 1 5lb clothes organizer. The move was exactly 2 blocks away on the same street. It cost me $750. 3 hours for the move expense, 1 hour for movers travel expense, $79 to wrap/unwrap 3 items. No stairs were involved and only one item weighed more than 100 lbs. Only 2 items were longer than 6 feet. Both elevators were reserved for my move. I could have walked all items over besides the couch over in under 3 hours. 15 minutes door to door times 10 would have been 2.5 hours.(conservative estimate) Good movers would have been done under 1.5 hours max. Two trips up and down for all the items. it was a 2 minute drive

SCAM ALERT ? Stay Away! They quoted me one price and then doubled it with hidden fees (travel time, wrapping, bogus hours). Management literally told me: ?You don?t tell me how to run my business.? They held my belongings hostage until I paid for time they never worked. Dishonest, unprofessional, predatory company.

My moving experience was of the highest of quality. All My Sons moved my household furnishings from one storage to another storage units closer to my home, the movers arrived in time and was ready to start my project of collecting all my furnishings to the moving truck and finished on time. They moved my 90 year-old mother From east ridge to hixson Which is about a 45 minute drive.1 bedroom apartment, She did not get her TV, her microwave, None of the food from the pantry ,Vacuum cleaner, mop bucket, and her sofa. An unbelievable amount of items. We cannot get a hold of a person, Heather Allen's Mailbox is full. Horrible, horrible company
