Absolutely Unacceptable ? Worst Moving Experience I?ve Ever Had
We hired All My Sons to move our small 2-bedroom apartment, and the experience was beyond disappointing.
Two movers showed up. One of them was on the phone almost the entire time and barely worked. He moved extremely slowly and contributed very little to the job. For a small apartment, the move took 8 hours, which is completely unreasonable given the size.
What made it worse is that they claimed they were ?done,? said goodbye, and tried to leave ? while they had literally just dumped our belongings at the entrance. Boxes, furniture, everything was thrown inside without being placed properly. They made no effort to finish the job or ensure anything was organized or set up. It felt rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional.
When I confronted them and told them I paid for a full moving service ? not a drop-and-run ? they barely helped and acted like they were inconvenienced. I had to push them to do what ?

Extremely disappointed. They were so sweet talking at the start so I had high hopes, or maybe just the bare minimum. One of the guys was talking on his phone all the time, which made him visibly slower. Because they are paid hourly, I can %100 tell that they were being slow on purpose. The guy tried to move my cat bed, which I can lift with just a finger, using the thing they use to carry the couple hundred pound couches and beds. It took them 6 hours just to empty my 2 bedroom apartment. I told them to leave the rest and just get the heavier items since it was looking like they could spend couple more hours. When they moved the items to the new house, they only made the bed and left the other things that they pulled apart like the tv stand. My vanity was damaged as well and the only thing they said was ?i don?t know where the piece is? They literally piled everything in the middle of the entrance and the guy just said ?okay bye? and closed the door behind him.

I hired this company for my small 2 bedroom apartment which only had 2 beds a sofa 2 televisions a coffee table 2 bar stools and 8 boxes .. I was told by the manager it would probably only be 3 hours maximum but it took them 6 hours to load the truck drive literally across the parking lot and the unload those same items .. I feel as though they were told to be slow on purpose to increase the time .. I was also charged a $150 travel fee just to go like I said across the parking lot not even 3 minutes ? I would never use this company again

Booked a local move of furniture only. I was scheduled for an afternoon move. I called at 2 because I had not heard anything. I was told the movers were finishing a job by 2:30 and would the. head my way. They showed up at 4:45. I asked twice if they were going to be able to finish the job that day. They assured me that they would. As they were packing, they informed me they would be unable to move a treadmill, even though I had asked about it prior to booking, and a grandfather clock. When they were moving out they gouged and dented walls. When they arrived at the destination I had to pay and sign paperwork saying nothing was damaged before they unloaded. Once I paid they said they were going to timeout and only unload the furniture into the garage-leaving my 83 year old mother and I to sort it out. We hired more movers to move into the house! I got them to move my sofa and regret it. They gouged door trim, marred a freshly painted wall, and tore my sofa upholstery.

Disgraceful Experience ? Stay Away! I am absolutely appalled at how this company operates. The way the owner and corporate office treated my elderly parents was both dishonest and heartless. My husband and I are in the process of selling our home, and it was time for my elderly parents to transition to a more manageable 55+ community. On moving day, it was raining, and the movers chose to park in our yard. They ended up getting stuck for over three hours, completely tearing up the side yard of a property we are selling in just a few weeks. Now we?re left to pay out of pocket to repair the damage they caused. But that wasn?t even the worst part. When the truck finally arrived at my parents? new place, the movers refused to release their belongings unless they paid three times the originally quoted price. Everything was done right from the beginning. Travis who assigned the crew. Jordan Thomas led the group of three that were organized and pleasant and careful. All of my belongings were wrapped and packed with care. The two other young people in the group were Emanuel and Pagan. Pagan, a girl was as strong as the boys. I would hire them again in a minute. Truly the worst customer server Iâ ve ever experienced. Yelling and cursing from the workers/manager. Charged triple what they quoted. Left with only 25% of the job complete. Scared both myself and my children in the process. Hire anyone but All My Sons.

Today, we used the services of All My Sons. We were blessed to have the team of Mr. Tracy Jenkins, Tommy, and Aaron. They were pros. The men took care to wrap and protect our belongings. They thought things through for the best ways to maneuver (again protecting and preventing damage). Tracy was a great listener to any request that I interjected.
