All My Sons Moving & Storage

They changed me way too much and they broke a few things and didn?t tell me. I had to find it and the biggest thing was a flat screen tv. I have used them the last time I moved. This will be the last time I use them again. The crew was very good until I left and they took advantage of the fact that my was a woman in my opinion. Everything was not put back together or even put in the house. I am very disappointed in the work they did. Now let?s see if they pay for what they broke.

Overall, the movers did an excellent job. They were respectful, responsible, hardworking, and careful, and the crew clearly tried to make everything right. They did damage the carpet on the stairs while moving a piano upstairs. In hindsight, covering the steps might have helped. The company sent us a claim form, which we hope will resolve the issue, though we were told we’d receive a call with next steps and instead only received the form. We’re hopeful this will be handled quickly. One mover also left his tool bag at our former property, which included a bed hinge we needed installed. I picked up the bag as planned, but when the mover came to finish the job, my wife was out with the car—and the bag. That part was on me, but we haven’t been able to reschedule since. At this point, I’ll just fix the bed myself. All in all, I recommend them. Great crew!

I don?t think I have ever posted such a negative review; however, I can?t in good conscience overlook the service I received from All My Sons Moving. If I could separate my review by department, I would because Aiden, Scott, and one other gentleman I talked to did a great job of scheduling my move. The problem I have is with the actually movers who DID NOT follow through with the items I needed moved and were included in my contract. The items that were moved were haphazardly placed and stacked around the house. My other issue is with the corporate office?when made aware of the situation and missing items would only correct the error by sending out another crew, charge me another fee with a 50% discount, and allow me to pay it out through the remainder of the year?.it is Dec. 8! I WOULD NOT recommend All My Sons Moving.

The guys were wonderful. Lemont is perfect. They worked efficiently and thoughtfully. They were hard working young men. They moved a 10x20 unit full of household items to my house after a remodel. I highly recommend All My Sons for your moving needs.

Movers Antonio, Arcivez , and Manuel moved everything quickly and without any damage to the items. They were able to unload an entire truck up to a third floor apartment quickly and effectively.

David and his team did an excellent job moving our furniture from origin to destination. They took care and extra effort to safely pack and protect each item. They even thought out best approach to move each item in our cramped 2 story apartment. Very impressed with each team memberâ s attitude to get their work done in a professional manner.
