Very helpful and professional

I hired them to exterminate roaches and a pesky little kitchen rodent inside my house, as well as to check for termites and set rat traps outside the house. They were consummately professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They fully and satisfactorily answered all of my questions about the chemicals and devices they used. I appreciated their quick response to my initial inquiry. I definitely recommend their company.

Great customer service!

The owner Corey came. I had schedule a quarterly pest control spray treatment, but because there were a couple Carpenter Ants discovered on my property, Corey suggested the Carpenter Ant treatment. The job was over $600 for less than 45 minutes work, which was shocking to me, being so costly. They spray the whole house exterior from ground to about 10ft high ONLY. Something about illegal to spray any higher. They also spray around the floor bed and yard to catch other Carpenter Ant nest. I need to see if the treatment works in a few months to give a more completed review.

I did not like the excessive amount of spray the technician used in the kitchen cabinets.

The gentleman were very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. They are working with us on eliminating the problem.

Corey is very dependable. He is there when he says he will be . He explained everything thoroughly . After six years of my apartment complex not being able to get rid of roaches Cory got rid of them with the first spray . I am beyond impressed.

Called almost as soon as I finished putting in the service request on homeadvisor.com, set appointment, showed up on time, looked over the place, assured me that my wife's concerns were unwarranted instead of playing them up so we skipped that area of service. Then did an application of outside bug barrier and interior baseboard barrier. Had small bugs coming out of shower and tub drains, put something flush down that and done. Best part, I've never had a pest control NOT try and talk me into a Yearly service contract. They didn't even bring it up, and the service was less than I was thinking it would be.

Roosevelt and Corey were very professional and courteous. They ran quite a bit late to my appointment, but called each time they were delayed and kept me informed of new ETA. Work was performed quickly and efficiently.

Did a good job and was very helpful

Roosevelt was on time and professional. We needed bee hive removal which he could not do but recommended 5 people. Took his time to call several and tell them I would call. So they did not actually do any work for me but will call them again. Did not charge me either.

Company out multiple times addressing my issues no problems there. Still not confidant issues has been resolved. It's okay still monitoring Knowing they will keep their commitment.
