DO NOT HIRE THEM. They deserve ZERO stars. Showed up to the job late with no hustle, no apology and lame excuses, did a small amount of unprofessional work and then left after maybe 20 minutes to get different cleaning supplies because she was unprepared for a deep clean even though I was very clear about what was needed AND SHE NEVER RETURNED with no communication. A manager called me an hour or more later to tell me in a shockingly unapologetic and unprofessional manner that they decided another regular client was suddenly more important than my one time VERY TIME SENSITIVE MOVE OUT CLEAN and that they were completely bailing on my appointment, but they would be more than happy to finish my cleaning later but that they were busy now with another situation. In the beginning/middle of my confirmed appointment! Appalling! When I told him this was unacceptable he hung up on me. They left a vacuum and multiple cleaning supplies at my house. He tried to initiate more unprofessional and non-apologetic communication with me when he came hours later to retrieve them from the curb and still had no concept of having treated me like dog dung and having completely screwed me over. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Karma will come back around for these jerks and if they think they can run a successful business this way they have another thing coming. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and seeking damages for the money they cost me by delaying my move-out.

All Natural Cleaning Services is legit, do what they say they are going to do and then some. I couldn't be happier, thankful I hired these quality people to clean my place.

We were very impressed with Amber and Erica when they came to give us an estimate. They are professional and yet easy going. To date we have only seen Amber for routine cleaning, so we're not certain what Erica's position is in the company, but we are pleased with Amber and plan to continue using her for long term cleaning help.

She is extremely organized, neat and clean. She take the initiative to make sure that your house is in order. I will be using her long term. I highly recommend her service.
