All Outdoor Landscaping and Light Decor

Ben has shady business practices. He took my deposit of $1.1k, and stopped answering my phone calls and responding to a text. It has been over three months, and he has not resolved the issue yet. Anyone else with issues with getting your money back from him, please let me know. I am in the process of taking him or having him fulfill services to court to try to retrieve my deposit. He thinks, he can get over on people by going ghost. I think he has done this in the past and gotten away with it, so he thinks it is ok. He pretends to be an upstanding business person, and downs other companies but he is no better maybe even worse than others.

I have Ben Bradford money to install my fence and stain. He left the fence incomplete and I have not been able to contact him. I also paid him to build me a deck and he did not even start it.

The owner is Ben BEDFORD and he is a straight CROOK! PLEASE do not give him a deposit, he will take your money and lie to your face every day and never do the work and stop answering your calls. He is a SHADY A** CONTRACTOR and gives all of the good ones a bad name.

I am totally dissatisfied by the customer service and workmanship provided by this company. I will not be using this company and do not recommend

I am a retired combat veteran myself, with over 22 years of active duty; and a former Police Officer who decided to support a fellow veteran and give this young man (Ben Bedford) a chance to work on a project at my residence. In the beginning Ben appeared to be a very nice guy, but sadly he turned out to be a liar, full of excuses and not a man of his word. What a shame for somebody who claims to be a soldier (specially somebody who was awarded the Purple Heart) I first let him put some lights around my house on an agreed price. After the lights were installed, I had to paid more for the lights because he said he had misquoted the cost of the lights. I ate the cost of the up charge because I know people make mistakes, so I decided to continue to do business with Ben. After he convinced me to purchase all the materials for another project we agreed on, he started giving me excuses and giving me the run around. After I had to take time off from work to have him do the job, his helper did not show up. He tried to get somebody else but was not able to find anybody. Ben then stated that he would eat the cost and get the job done but that he would have to do it at a later date. I once again agreed. Time went by with no response. After multiple attempts, he finally responded but this time he wanted more money for the job. I firmly said no because we already had a verbal contract. He then stated he would take care of it and to give him more time. Again time went by and he ghosted me. I called, texted and even emailed him, and he would not even reply. Long story short he never got the job done nor did he had the decency to be a man and tell me the truth and communicate with the customer as the status of the job. To all my comrades and brothers in Blue: DO NOT do business with this liar and do not let him use his military services as an excuse to get his business. Stay away. He should be a SHAME for calling himself a soldier. I will be seeing my attorney soon, when I get back in town.

This young Veteran did everything he promised. Project lasted four days. He removed all overgrown shrubs and one grown tree from around our home. He planted all new shrubs and flowering shrubs and placed drip hoses around the plants. He then placed a ground tarp over the ground to keep grass and weeds out. Dark oak bark was placed over the tarp. The most amazing thing was ... he placed LED lights outlining the accents of our home. We truly felt this was a Christmas present to ourselves. Oh ... and to top it off ... he repaired our walkway lights. Our neighbors have not stopped talking about the beauty of our home. It is obvious this young man was a great NCO in the Army. These guys were awesome! The price was right and work was done much quicker than I expected. I will hire them again!
