Labor charge seemed a bit high for the work done, but it was fair enough and I needed the project completed.

I have used him several times and would recommend his work.

He came right away and installed the filter in our refrigerator. Very professional.

Charged $178.00 to 'adjust a switch' on my Wolf range which did not fix the problem. Called and left a message for him to return my call but he never did.

Very Polite, Repaired Quickly, and Great Job

I?m not a bit sure the repair person knows how to fix the problem, so he prescribed the most expensive option. Had to order the part, and I am the one who tried to find best price for it. The job is not done. My money for the part is tied up. Zero communication about when part may arrive. It has been over a week already. Maybe I?ll be thrilled if the proposed solution is effective, but I feel now that I chose the wrong company.

Returned my phone call immediately. Arrived promptly. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Repaired my refrigerator quickly and completely.

Richard's work was excellent. I was surprised at the cost of the repair but he does not control the cost of the Whirlpool part. He was right on time for our first appointment. He put NO pressure on me to make a decision as to whether I wanted to repair the dryer or purchase another dryer. I will definitely call him in the future.

The good: First time the guys showed up on time, they "fixed" my freezer. (updated: the entire fridge stopped working within a few hours and by the next day, got home from work to water all over the floor from everything melting in the freezer) The bad: They charged me 149.00 for a $20 part, in addition to a $150 service call. The sketchy: They had me write the check to an individual, not the company, after they said if I used a cc there'd be an extra fee. I didn't have the luxury of waiting another couple days for a working appliance. Feel like they knew that and took advantage. (update: after the second failure, Richard came back out and looked at the control panel. Said it was fried and I needed a new one but that was going to be an additional $225 but he'd install it for "free") I opted to order the part online, even with shipping it was less than $100. My final thoughts: Either he misdiagnosed the original problem or the "fix" fried the control panel - I know they didn't check the control panel on the first visit since it was in a different place. Perhaps my experience is not the norm, but I will not use them again and I will ask for a refund. After the 2nd visit, I never heard back from Richie - he truly doesn't give a crap about his work.

Do not hire! Charged my credit card up front, never provided estimate or invoice. Ordered wrong parts. What should have been a couple of days project to fix a refrigerator took a month!

Home Advisor say they check these people. I now can't even find a business license. He was late as much as a day at times> I asked if HE knew how To fix this problem. Kept saying he has been doing this 17 years but checking with folks I know has not . He had various jobs and shows being in the automobile sales and finance business until recently. Problem is still leaking and I had been told charges were high. He also added a 11% charge for using a credit card and he had nothing to do with this charge . Richard took all the food out of two shelves and put them on the counter . When he was done there was no clean up and he told me he doesn't put the food back in the refrig. Still leaking .
