Mike is a good guy.

Amazingly quick response time! They developed a solution specifically for our needs and within our budget. We were selling our home fast and they accommodated our timeline and even came back on the weekend after the Realtor wanted additional work completed (outside our original agreement). Without Mike and Jackie, we would not have been able to meet our deadline and put our home on the market. We would hire them again as they are a great team!

Great service and great patio for a great price

This is the first time I've used a contractor as I always do projects myself. Customer service is excellent as is their design concepts. The only thing lacking was attention to details and I had to have them resand areas, and ended up completing it myself to my satisfaction.

Like other customers, I initially hired Mike for one thing, which led to him helping us out on a number of needs. We orginally called to put in a concrete stoop while we were doing several updates to prepare our home for sale, for which he gave an excellent price and great service. Our conversations led to him and his very large number of on call experts to help us with a number of needs, including concrete repair and painting, brick patio updates, outdoor and indoor painting, carpet installation, laminate installation, general carpentry and outdoor landscaping. Mike himself was very involved in keeping an eye on the work, and was always very personable and available with advice on whether something was worth doing, and also when it wasn't worth doing. In the end, our house sold very quickly, and I am sure that it was our engagement with Mike and his crew that made the difference. Highly, highly recommended.

I just bought townhouse which was empty for about years. Trees and brush had overgrown the patio an the papers were crumbling. Mike Murray came out on a Sunday; took a look and immediately gave a verbal quote of what needed to be done. On Monday, he provided me with a cost of the work and details. By the end of the week, the new patio was complete with new shelves and flowers. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the job.

He originally was only planning to do my brick work, but he recognized that I was struggling finding a quality deck contractor and he did the entire turnkey through contacts he had. As mentioned very professional, provided detail landscaping plans and cost estimates very quickly and started the work almost immediately. APLS went way above the call of duty.
