Will hire this company over and over again. The process was seamless! I appreciate that they use a one way cage where the rodent exits the area and can not reenter...so there is no capturing the rodent...the rodent is free to go on his/her way. Norm/and son are very accommodating and friendly....very pleasant experience. Thanks to them so much!

They showed up on time as scheduled and gave an exact estimate in advance for the work to be done. So far, I have had no return of the pests they were hired to eliminate.

I have tried to talk to them after the job and have called them twice, but they shaved not returned my call. This tells me they do not have good customer service once they have done the job and gotten their money.

We had a bat flying around the inside of our home. This was late at night. I put the information in on Home Advisor and not longer than a minute my phone rings and it is Norm from All Pest. This mind you is late on Saturday night. I think he even offered to come that night We shut the interior doors and wherever the bat was, we felt we were safe enough for the night. Mind you I slept with one eye open, a broom, and flashlight just in case. Norm said he would call the next day. Sure enough first thing in the morning he called. He told us how much for the visit, which was reasonable based on this was now a Sunday and they were taking their time to come over. Long story short, he did a search of the perimeter of the house along with his son Billie. They were looking for points of entry. Did not find much, but we had one area where an eve overlapped another roof line. Came in and starting looking and behold they found the bat within minutes. Captured bat, put in a container and removed. Then Billie went into the attic to search the area for signs of an infestation. After words he went on the roof, to check for points of entry, even though we found no physical evidence of their existence after the attic search. Needless to say, we feel their service was excellent. In fact it is a role model of what excellent service should be. He responded immediately. Came over on a Sunday morning, and found the bat, which quite frankly I did not expect. This is a big house with lots of nooks and trims that provide plenty of hiding spaces. I do not think I could have found a company that did as good of job as Norm and Billie did. I do not like to rank companies because in todays arena most companies are just not that good at customer service. I give these guys a 5 star rating because we literally could not have gotten faster and results oriented and thorough service from another company the way these two performed. It is with total honesty and accuracy that we give them this rating.

Unfortunately the ants are still here. However they have offered to come back if they are not gone in 2 weeks.

My baseboards in place and floors were still wet after 3 hours of spraying. I called for follow up and never received a call back. I had an ant problem and this was not resolved for about 10 days. The ants returned within a few days after that. I have since contracted another company.

All Pest has continued to keep our home pest free since we hired them. Would definitely recommend.

Believe he might need stronger spray. Its now been 10 days since he was here and sprayed and the ant numbers are increasing daily. I called them after a week and they said they want to give it two weeks so Ive waited... It will be 2 weeks on the 17th
