We have hired All Phase for several jobs at rental properties and our own home and they have always delivered. This job was at a rental property where the tenant had vacated after 22 years and had painted the living room like the inside of a cave and the bedroom like a ship. All Phase did a great job restoring the home, were friendly, professional and finished the job on time, as promised. Before and after pictures.

We loved working with Joe and the team. They were reasonably priced, responsive to calls and questions, showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up as they went and were pleasant to have around. Joe and his team did a fabulous job on my addition of 1,000 square feet, consisting of kitchen, living room, studies, closets, and a gas fireplace. It has soaring cathedral ceilings and strategically placed lighting. While I did make a few changes, his team offered suggestions on what would work the best from an aesthetic and construction point of view. And they were absolutely right. From start to finish, Joe kept me informed of the proposed time frame, the costs, and the delivery of materials from vendors. Whenever I had questions, he answered them, and believe me, he has the unique talent of making technical explanations into clear, comprehensible English that I was able to grasp. All the workers on the job were smart, hard-working, efficient, and best of all, tidy. Best of all, the budget that Joe had created was accurate; the only overages were items that I added after the fact. Don't hesitate to hire Joe and his team. They are honest, forthcoming, expert, and ethical!

We bought our house in June of 2024 and hired Joe/All Phase to complete a full house restoration. The house was built in 1870. Each person that worked on our house over the course of 4 months was exceptionally professional. We received compliments from our new neighbors as the project progressed and about the team from All Phase that handled each phase of the project. Joe Stillman was quick to respond each time we reached out to make a modification or just check in. He was regularly on site to ensure expectations were met. We had walls removed, added insulation, a full house electrical rewire, dual zone HVAC install, walls removed, windows installed in walls that had no windows, sliding glass doors installed where there were no previous sliding glass doors, house fully drywalled and painted, all new woodwork, new roof, new siding and new downspouts. They also built a portico. I would highly recommend Joe and his entire team. We also had a garage built this year that I?ll review next.

Joe was easy to work with from the start. His team is phenomenal. He worked with our budget and helped us make decisions based on the budget that still gave us the most beautiful renovation. Our project manager, Greg, was fantastic. He was so thorough and attentive to the details that we never had to worry about anything. Everyone that came into to do work, drywall, floors, tile, paint, were great! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. Not only did they transform our new home into our dream space, but they did it a month earlier than scheduled, and they completed in the time they said. We will use them for every future project that we have. We have already recommended them to people and will continue to.

We were very pleased with AllPhase Construction from start to finish. The restoration job was done as promised with much attention to detail. The owner, Joe Stillman was easy to work with. The company used quality materials and yet stayed within our budget. The personable crew demonstrated a great work ethic and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Repeat customer. I looked at several roofing companies back in 2014 and was fortunate to find Joe from All-Phase Construction who stood out from the crowd. I was 100% satisfied then and hired him again in 2024 because I knew I did not have to worry about his crews quality of work. I had him replace an old roof with asphalt shingle and standing seam metal along with new shutters and seamless gutters. I appreciated his material and color suggestions - he was spot on with those recommendations. The renovations have given the home great curb appeal. His crew were true work horses, focused and efficient tradesman- these are getting harder to find. Thanks for another great job!

Joe and his team were very dependable, always on time, receptive to our questions and additional requests. Communication was on point! When I texted the project manager with a question, addition or change, I received positive reply with in hours. The team was very respectful of our home and our neighbors. The quality of work and materials was top notch! I would certainly recommend and I would hire Joe and his team again.

Joe and his team were dependable, respectful and experienced. ALL-Phase did a basement room addition with soundproofing as well as electrical updating through out the house. They also installed an stovetop vent to the external of the house. This is one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. I'd be sure to contact them again for future work.

Joe and team were amazing throughout the entire process! We purchased a house that needed majorly refreshed. This was our first major project and we were so impressed the entire way through! They removed a wall between two bedrooms to create one large bedoom, drywall repair and paint the inside of entire house and in-law suite, plus replace carpet in 4 bedrooms. They all were so easy to work with...showing up on time and cleaning up after each day. Communcation was awesome! Any questions or concerns we had Joe got back to us almost immediately! We would highly recommend All Phase Constructon to anyone!

This project started right after my wife and I brought our first child home. I was nervous to start a major project with a two week old but it went better than expected. The crew was very courteous and handled all the work and permits. All we had to do was to make decisions. The commutation was great and I always felt well informed. Project was completed in the quoted time and budget. Would use them again for my next major project.

Joe & his team were extremely easy to work with and our kitchen is beautiful! The project also included reflooring the entire downstairs and remodeling our stairs/railings. The All Phase team went out of their way to ensure the outcome of the project was exactly what we wanted and they were incredibly easy to work with and responsive to any requests. The team was professional and hard working and we would definitely use them for future projects!

Joe and his team did a great job on exterior renovations and the addition of a front porch on our home. They replaced all the windows in our house, removed damaged stone and stucco, replaced the siding on the exterior of the house as well as the front door and then built a beautiful new front porch. We were very pleased with the communication, timeliness, quality of the work!

I was very happy with Joe and the All Phase Team. My wife and I decided to work with All-Phase after receiving multiple quotes for a large basement remodel project. We are very happy we did. The team was professional and worked with us to achieve our vision. Scheduling and cost management was great - very transparent and the project progressed quickly once started. The quality of the work was very high across the board - framing, plumbing, electrical, cabinet install etc. It was also quite helpful to work with the in-house designer to iterate through different ideas for various spaces. Ultimately, we feel like the project unlocked a lot of value within our home and I would certainly hire All Phase again.
