I hired them to remove, replace and paint the wood trim around 3 exterior windows on the first and second floor. Customer service was very good, however the work was not. The worker showed up both days unprepared without a hammer! They purchased replacement wood without consulting me. The wood was soft pine and not meant for exterior use. I had to go purchase the correct wood while he continued because he did not have a vehicle that could accommodate the new wood. The caulking and painting was horrible. He even confessed he was a framer not a painter. He left debris all over the side roof and in the gutter which was found later. I would not rehire this company for this type of job.
