We were looking to replace our furnace for some time. We contacted about 8 companies to do the work, only 4 even showed up to provide an estimate. All Phases gave us the best price and service � completing the work before some companies even completed the quote! We are very happy with our new furnace and with the guys at All Phases.

I went on line and tried Service Magic Mr. Tucci responded to my inquiry within minutes. He came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. He gave me a choice of brands of furnaces and pamplets on the brands so I could make an informed choice. He was knowledgeable and professional. His techicians came out to do the job as soon as I could schedule them. They were prompt, pleasant, and professional. They did they job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. Came out promptly the next evening for a service call and took care of the problem (by high winds) quickly. Mr Tucci cares about quality service.

In the end, things turned out pretty well. We encountered problems with the job, but after bringing them to Carl and Buddy's attention they were taken seriously and resolved in a timely fashion. They really showed that they value customer satisfaction. You can really tell they have a lot of pride in the services they provide, and it shows in the end result.

Carl and the other gentlemen from All Phases were wonderful to work with. They are fast, affordable, thorough, knowledgeable, straight forward, trustworthy. Our furnace stopped working and needed to be replaced. My family is grateful for the hard work that they did and how quickly they worked so that our family didn't have to spend even one night in a cold house. Thank you! One of the most efficient companies I have ever hired. Carl came within 2 hrs of Service Magic request, provided brochures, no cell phone, gave a competitive estimate. Furnace was delivered the next day and installed on the following business day. They came with a whole crew and worked 3hrs overtime to complete the install. Minor communication issue or error on their part that they connected the 2-stage furnace to the existing 1-stage thermostat (not the most effective way to control a 2-stage furnace), installed appropriate thermostats the next day. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. Overall great experience!

The quote from All Phases Mechanical was very competitive, and they were able to complete the project quickly. During the quote process Carl showed 3 options, good better and best also carl itemized out some additional items I requested. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced, they pointed out some ways to improve the design and construction of the heating system. Carl's guys get the job done cleanly and efficiently and after the installation they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Carl is a very good communicator and very responsive to phone calls which I love the most. He is very customer oriented. His staffs (Henry and Buddy) are very responsive to phone calls as well and they handled the job professionally. They answered all of my questions with very positive attitude and great patience. Because they got the job done in odd hours, so I did not have the opportunity to meet with Buddy and others. Overall, I have very positive experience with them. I will definitely use them again for future projects and I wish they do more than just HVAC. Best of luck to his business. :)
