Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install

Paul is not returning phone calls after we paid him, so this is disappointing b/c there are some issues with job I wanted to address. I called him 5 times and emailed and even mentioned I couldn't provide a favorable Service Magic review on my last voice message; still no return call. The vinyl insallation went ok, but no final walkthrough was performed after I left him a check on the last day of work. Issues include chipped base boards, scratches on side stair panels, and some loose T moldings. Not sure if we should dispute the job performed? Not a happy customer right now !
