Dave came out to the house on time and addressed problems with outside sprinkler pipes. Coordinated with gardener in an effort to save me quite a bit of money. Won't hesitate to now use him for my plumbing needs.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Dave was extremely accommodating - met me at Lowe's to pick up and deliver water heater purchase and install day after I called. He was recuperating from appendix surgery, but was focused on providing first rate customer service. He also provided free video camera router session to review my sewer lines supplying me information for future reference. I'm old-fashioned, so was surprised by new "compression" technique for connecting copper piping instead of "sweating" with solder. Hope this method proves as reliable/durable over the long term. Definitely thumbs-up for this hardworking and honest service professional!

Water Heater Repair or Service
I was sure my water heater was broken and Dave brought out a new tank to replace it. he noticed that the valve had actually broke and was leaking, so he repaired it with a much better piece than it originally had on it and saved me at least $800.00. So honest and so awesome!!!

Dave was nice but quick to collect money even if I was not happy with job. He installed a faucet that squirted out the water too fast. Said he could not do anything about it. Another plumber fixed it in a few minutes. Charged me for work that was not fixable and left me with large puddle of dirty water.

"Once again a faucet that customer supplied a open box with mission parts .I would have had now problem fixing it but she did not want to pay for it .Also she wanted me to just band aid fix stuff and she would want you there at 4 o'clock and the rush you to fix stuff because she had to leave at 5 O clock And if something didnt come out like she expects it to she refuse to pay. I wasn't the only one who had problems with her she has some old tile floors in the kitchen and she had a company out there on there hands and knees scrubbing them clean and when the got done she told them that the floors didn't come out they way she thought they would and told the guys she wasn't paying for it. And all she did was complain on how much she had to pay for her daughters collage fund .So I think she dose this to a lot of people when I left I had put her on my list not to do work for her again and its funny how it took her 3 week to write this review if she was not happy with my work. The problem is she must of found a un licensed handyman to do her work that works for cheap."

Gas Piping
Dave's Plumping was AMAZING!! Called me super fast, I emailed pictures of what needed to be done. Dave gave me a quote from my pictures that was very competitive and came out on Saturday to fix the issue to boot. Marcus arrived on time and did an awesome job. Marcus did more than he had to do to ensure the job was done correctly so I did not have issues going forward! Will be using Dave's Plumbing going forward whenever I need anything done!! Thank you!!!

Be very carefully if you use Dave's Plumbing because Dave, the owner has very bad customer service skills. Dave sent his brother Marcus out to install a new, expensive Kohler faucet that I purchased from Home Depot. Approximately one week later the handle just fell off in the sink. When I called Dave to report the problem and request that Marcus be sent back out to fix the handle I could not believe my ears. Dave, who speaks in a thick southern accent, is very rude and unfriendly to his customers and he likes to argue. He was very nasty. He said he was the owner of the company and I should not call asking for anyone else aside from him He then accused me of trying to "get around" him by asking for his brother and said I was just "trying to get out of paying for another service call." He said he would charge me for a new service call and open a brand new work order if they came back out to fix the faucet. I could hardly get a word in edgewise because Dave was very argumentative. He said that they did not warranty and were not responsible for faucets that were not purchased directly from him. I finally told Dave that I was going to let Home Advisor know how he treats customers and does not stand behind his work. He finally agreed to send Marcus back out to fix the problem. Marcus came back out and fixed the problem in less than five minutes with a special little odd tool that I'd never seen before. The small tool was obviously made to tighten screws found on faucets. This tool was obviously something that only plumbers work with. The fix was so simple I could not believe it. It took less than five minutes to be tightened which made me wonder why wasn't this checked and fixed before. I also wondered if it was intentionally not fixed so that I could be charged for another service call because Dave mentioned that he did not warranty the product BEFORE I had a chance to tell him why I was calling and describe the problem I was experiencing.

"I was not rude to her we installed a faucet that she bought from home depot the the faucets you buy are put together out of the box we just put them it .and I told her we don't warranty parts that the customer buys and has it there for us to put in we only warranty the installation we told her before we put it in and it is was writing on her invoice that she signed for one it was not a expensive kohler faucet it was a cheap moan faucet but we cant warranty any fixtures that we don't buy and I didn't rise my voice with her and when we went back there she told my brother that she called home depot and that they told her to bring the faucet back and they would give her a new one so she asked my brother if he would take it out and and bring it back to home depot and reinstall the new one for free so he ended up just fixing the Handel for her and didn't charge her but told her next time there would be a charge no plumbing company warranties customer supplied parts its just funny what people try to get away with and whats going to happen in the long run from people like this is no plumbing company will install customers own parts"

Gas Piping
Dave's Plumbing did a great job. They showed up on time, gave a very reasonable rate, and were done quickly. I had a short gas line to run that was already prepped, and Dave's plumbing had no problem finishing up the job. They do quality work and I would hire them again.

Dave and his partner both came out for two different jobs following my the initial call I previously reviewed. They installed a new garbage disposal and bathroom sink faucet on one trip and a new faucet for a utility sink in the garage. The garage faucet needed to be sourced as the spacing of the pipes was unusual, but thanks to their excellent supplier, no pipe work was required. All fixtures were installed perfectly, quickly, and most of all my mom was very happy with the work once again.
