Almost $200 and less than 30 minutes at our residence for an inspection and clean. Husband comes home and this comes out just from reaching his hand up. The inspector told me to â try a fire to see if the flew would stay open, since it was not opening all the way.â He claimed â the mortar behind the flew is keeping it from opening.â . Husband couldnâ t help but wonder if all of the leaves and dirt left behind is the reason! He lied to my husband about the time he spent here. 11:59-12:28 is far from 120 minutes Not impressed and will be passing on the video showing everything coming out onto my realtor friend, so that she can think twice about recommending them again! This company should be ashamed to leave a job half way done & to be recommending to start a fire, with fire hazards in the chimney!!

He was timely, very knowledgeable and gave me information and helpful tips concerning my fireplace. I would highly recommend him to anyone that inquires about maintaining their fireplace.

Friendly. Very helpful. Taught me about our gas fireplace which we knew very little about. Feel much more confident in using the fireplace. Also helped me to understand what we needed to be careful about with the general design of the gas unit. Pointed out needed repairs to the chimney that can take place next spring.

They were timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me information and helpful tips concerning my fireplace box that I was not previously aware of. They charged less than the quoted price since the chimney did not require any heavy cleaning.

They were very professional, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. They cleaned the lower part of the firebox which no one had ever done before. I was amazed at all the soot that came out. I would definitely use them again even though they were a little pricey.

No work done as of this date... Waiting for snow to melt on roof. Inspection was done and I need cover for chimney. 2/17/14

Scott, the owner came out and he was on time, courteous, was thorough in his inspection of the Chase, firebox, and underneath the Chase. He took several pictures for me and explained his possible solutions of the cold air flow coming into the room. We then discussed the solutions. I live in a condo and the Board will have to review & approve any work/changes to a condo & get back with me. He was excellent and yes, I would do business with All Points Chimney, Stove & Fieplace Co.
