I have been with Bob and Ed for 10 years (All Points Security, Inc.) and 3 homes. In my newest home they installed a flexible system such that if I wanted to add extra motion detectors, or anything I wanted, I could easily do that, Great service. I could pick up the phone talk them, always available when I need to talk. They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. Frank the Tech installer was prompt , extremely helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had.
