Richard of All pool and Spa was wonderful to work with, start to finish. He worked with us to design a backyard makeover, complete with custom outdoor kitchen, beautiful stamped concrete, and sparkling pebble finish for our pool. His experience and expertise were so helpful in making our dream backyard come to life, and he was always available to talk through ideas to make sure we would be completely happy with the end result. It was wonderful to work with Richard, and we love our personal paradise. Rich's Pools were very professional from the beginning of our experience with them. They communicated with us every step of the way. Even when they contracted out some of the services they did all the dealings and communicated all our concerns and requests. Rich himself made sure he contacted us prior to signing the contract to ensure we understood that he was behind all of his work and we were to contact him directly if we had any needs or concerns. Rich gave me the pool I had envisioned when I first hired his company. His salesman, Greg, was a pleasure from the beginning to the end as he played a very active roll, as did Rich. I was amazed at the time frame with which they completed the pool and was impressed with all his laborers that were involved in the project. Because my pool was installed in front of the home, they also kept the neighbors happy with a neat and tidy job. It was so easy to work with Rich's Pools. The service was incredible, communication from our Sales Representative as well as Rich was always prompt and straightforward. The men that performed each step of the Pool process were all very friendly and very hard workers. We felt like it was our friends building our pool, not a huge impersonal company.
