"Thank you so much!!! We are grateful for your comments and look forward to many years of being able to service your appliances. We appreciate you very much! Thank you again."
"Thank you Mary! We are grateful for your wonderful review and hope to be able to provide service for you in the future! Have a super day!"
"We do not charge by the hour or have a breakdown, the repair is a flat rate fee that includes parts, labor and tax. Your total was actually $322.50 not $400.00! We are sorry you feel that we were too expensive. The repair of your dryer actually needed was a pulley and roller and not a bearing as you state. We came at your request and provided the quote up front and you did not have to approve the repair but did, knowing the cost of said repair. We are sorry you do not like our pricing but it is very unfair to complain, after the fact about the cost."
"Mary, the second part was 2nd part needed in addition to the part already installed. I had him install it at no charge to you as he should have caught it on the first visit, however sometimes you can't find another problem until the first one is fixed. I am very sorry for the confusion. I hope this clarifies what happened for you."
"It is unfortunate that Diane chose to leave a negative review regarding her service. While we do admit that we were late getting to her, we schedule in windows and Diane had called 12 minutes after her window time and was told that she was next. We apologized for running behind, we usually call when that happens but we dropped the ball on calling her and we are sorry for that. We told her that we would call her when the tech was on his way. We called 30 minutes later and let her know he was en-route. We had to call her two more times because Diane failed to tell us she lives in a condo complex and then we had to call her again to get the building number because she had not mentioned that either! As far as reading the "fine print' with a magnifying glass, there is no need for that, the cancellation policy is literally within 1/2 inch of the approval signature line and in bold print, it is there intentionally so not to be missed by the customer! Once a repair is approved, we have ordered the part and costs have already been incurred so like many other businesses we offset that with our cancellation policy but most people read it and are aware of it when approving the repair. If they read nothing else on the invoice, they should at least read that. We do have a one year warranty on all the parts and labor we install and can offer Diane a 10% discount on any further repairs with us and we will throw in a free acid wash for her dishwasher or washing machine on her next visit with us as well, that is a $60.00 value."
