Russ was very responsive to my first inquiry which was a Sunday evening. He was able to come out the following day. He was on time & took care of the problem with my stacked washer/dryer. I will be calling them again if I have any other appliance issues.

All Pro Appliance Repair was able to diagnose the problem with the damaged element in my 20 year old GE Monogram oven .He drove over to the appliance part store that morning and replaced the element. Our GE Spacemaker microwave was unable to be fixed as the computer part would cost as much as the microwave, and unfortunately the spacemaker sold currently will not fit the cabinet area alloted. Russ actually drove over to Lowes to help me brainstorm and try and find a microwave that would woork, but unfortunately mothing is available. Professional service and reasonable rates, would call again and refer a friend.
