"Jose, I regret that you were not fully satisfied with my company, but when I text you the reason you told me that my customer service was awesome, which you should of put a 5.0, And you felt the price was kind of high, well you had a living rm and a 30 ft. hall way and it was very spotty and traffic areas were really stained, I did explain that to you and you agreed with the price. I even offered to come back but you never text me back. Customer service is my guarantee and I will make a customer happy if I can. Thank you. Chris All Pro Carpet care."

The service was great, showed up right on time and very professional and friendly. Bought a home that had badly stained carpets probably due to previous owner's pet(s). Carpet now looks and feels clean, smells better and the price was very reasonable. I've already recommended All Pro Carpet Care to a friend.

They were very professional. Called me right away, called to confirm appointment the day before and called me 30 minutes before they were to arrive. Arrived on time. Good value for the money and my carpets were REALLY bad! Amazed at how quickly the carpet dried.
