Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
I hired them to stretch and shampoo carpets, the stretching of carpet is ok, but carpets now have light and dark lines in it. Have tried to get them to come back till redo carpets with no luck. I would like a refund for the carpet cleaning. I will never use them again.

I have a horrible experience with this company.This is nothing like professional cleaning. Extra low quality service. They don't use heavy duty truck mounted cleaning machine.They use a machine that you can rent from the store. The person who cleans has no any expertise about carpet cleaning. He is untrained and unexperienced. They use a shampoo, no stain removals, they don't move easily moveable furniture, no closets, no under the bed, And they are very fast! I did not let him finish his absolutely awful job. My carpet looks the same as before. Not even a bit cleaner and was left soaking wet. The same dirty as before!! It took a day for drying out. All the stains still there. Horrible experience. Unbelievable that company was sent by the homeadvisor!

"This customers carpet was in horrible condition and was advised that the carpet wasnt going to come clean and was told by owner several times to that effect . She was told carpet needed to be replaced that we werent going to be able to get carpet to satisfactory level and we didnt feel comfortable about doing her carpet and she asked us to proceed anyway ,which we did and then she complained it wouldnt come clean !! You can only be upfont with customers ! And if they dont listen we try to accomodate them to make them happy but sometimes you cant !!!"

They were hired to stretch and clean my carpet. They were on time and completed the job with satisfaction. The only thing that is not up to my satisfaction is the edge of the stairs which is still darker. Other than that I am very pleased with their work.

Showed up on time after letting me know expected arrival. Work completed very satisfactorily. Advised on prevention of future issues and worked quickly and conscientiously. If there were issues with work I certainly got the impression they would return and fix them. Slightly expensive but in line with other company's quotes.
