Cleaning was awesome, however the plastic placed under the furniture legs was not adequate. The combination of metal knobs and stained wooden feet, and wet carpet left purple marks. I tried to remove those marks and the result was bleached carpet. No I did not use straight household bleach.

I got an immediate response to my contact with them. I scheduled to have carpets cleaning done which they completed on time as scheduled. The owner then advised me that I had mold problems and told me that he wanted to do an inspection. He did one, showed me his license and sent an empolyee out to measure. He told me part of the floor and wall needed to be replaced. That was the last I heard from them. The job is covered by insurance, but I cannot get them to respond to my calls. After 2 weeks of no response I am now in search of a new contractor. There is no office to cooridinate the activities and when you contacted them they did not follow through with what they said they would do.

The carpets appear much cleaner. The service was performed in an efficient manner. Confirming the cost before the job and checking on customer's choice of fragrance and any special considerations such as protection of furniture or hardwoods near cleaning areas would help customer feel confident that care in their home would be taken. I would hire the service again.

I rated the customer service a 4.5 stars due to the company not making confirmation the day prior to the work being completed. After calling in and letting the owner know which rooms I needed cleaning, there was still a mix up with the person who was actually doing the job(Ricky). I ended up paying an additional fee due Ricky cleaning a room that didnot need to be cleaned. Overall my experience with this company was exceptional. Especially the technician Ricky. Ricky was very professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied.

After having scheduling issues with another company All Pro was at my residence within less than 24 hours after contacting them. The tech was very nice and did a good job in a timely fashion. I will be calling them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs. Great job.

This pro serviced us on a next-day appointment, and rather than replacing the carpet, they made it look as good as brand new which meant a great deal to us. Our only alternative was to replace the carpet at an extreme cost. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Tile & Grout Cleaning
The two man crew worked a solid 6 hours on thoroughly cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing q storage room and a laundry room and all of the items in the rooms. The project included moving heavy furniture to access areas to be cleaned and scrubbing down areas that had not been touched in 22 years. On work completion, I could see and smell the clean, and all the items were neatly arranged. A great job! And the workers and owner were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The cost was a little high but they did go above and beyond to get things the way I wanted them.

Vendor promised a multi step cleaning process for what I thought was a expensive but promised I would definitely get my money worth and promised a fragrance after cleaning and didnt produce. The cost was $200 plus but I could of got the same level of cleaning for $100. Don't fall for the upsell !! But, after speaking to the owner of the company he politely agreed to come back out and clean the carpet to my satisfaction free of charge. He did so about a week later and was courteous and swift, I would definitely use them again

He called within 15 minutes of my request to Service Magic. He arrived on time, did a great job (saved a carpet I thought I might have to replace), used natural products and was in and out in a little over an hour. He cleaned a rental unit which I have always done myself - never again. I will always call him back.
