2 years later the sunroom still leaks and the deck is in pieces. The door was never installed correctly, within a week of install it wasn't lining up right and wouldn't latch, instead of fixing the issue correctly they simply chiseled out the latch and deadbolt holes. The time frame to fix each leak has been extended because he kept saying a water hose or pressure washer cannot duplicate rain. A year and a half in, I paid leak detectors to come use a water hose and within 3 minutes located a main leak. At this point condensation builds up due to the door installation causing mold. There is still a leak above the door but it's not enough to hit the floor so I've accepted it. He said he's going to be there to reset the door and put the deck back together and now he's MIA and unresponsive to texts or phone calls. This has ended up being a nightmare from a contractor that did not have the knowledge to complete a job he accepted and took full payment for. He has insinuated the leak didn't have anything to do with the work they did but how does a leak not have anything to do with building an enclosed sunroom? Pretty sure it's not supposed to leak no matter where the leak comes from.
