All Pro Custom Tile

In April 2015, we hired All Pro Custom Tile to tear out our master bathroom and put in a new one. The work required moving the plumbing, rewiring for a heated floor, lights, fan, enlarging the space by 6 inches and putting in a pocket door, custom cabinetry, and enclosing a closet. Jason agreed to help the plumber he hired install the roof vent but in the end he refused to do it. The pocket door was not finished before it was installed with a missing piece that is meant to keep the door from rubbing. The bathroom design called for porcelain tile flooring and procelain tile and pebble tile for the shower and vanity backsplash. The backsplash (pebble) is ok but in the shower most of the pebble/grout looks terrible especially the shower pan part. At about this point Jason walked off the job and left his crew to finish installing schluder trim, caulking, doing the backsplash and cleaning. Good people but they really didn't do a great job. And our budget was shot 50% over the agreed upon contract. Part of that amount was due to Jason not paying the electrician he hired as part of the contract. We paid to avoid having a lien placed on our house. I FINALLY got Jason to come and look at the shower pan and the finishing work on July 23. He agreed that it didn't look good and acted as though he wanted to take care of it. He even offered to refund us $2,000. He said that he would come on July 24, even tho he would have to turn down another job, and start on making the repairs. He didn't show or call. So I called him and he said that he couldn't come because he didn't want to get another customer upset with him (not exactly the words he used). We would have to wait until that job was over. Jason has said that our job was a complicated one. I would not recommend All Pro Custom Tile for anything more than a simple job. Make sure you get everything in writing including the work schedule. Another professional will be finishing up the work left undone and making the necessary corrections.

They did an excellent job and I'm grateful. I will continue to use their services.

Jason did a fabulous job with installing marble in my bathroom. He transformed the space. Very talented young man. I would highly recommend all pro custom tile.

He was very meticulous and he was very cleanliness and making sure the carpet was covered with either paper or drop cloths. He was very good at explaining tile-types that he would recommend.
