These folks were hired to obtain and install a new microwave to replace the one that came with the house 15 years ago. The receptionist, Samantha was an absolute dream to work with as far as when workers would arrive and then the installers were charming, wore COVID-19 protective clothing and it was a seamless operation.

All Pro Duct and Air Cleaning followed up and refunded the money paid in full for their dryer vent cleaning service as I was not satisfied that the dryer duct was actually freed of the clog. They were very polite and courteous during their visit and in their follow-up.

The gentlemen that arrived were very polite and considerate of working around my wife and myself while they cleaned the ducts. They were on time, and finished when they told us they would. They wore their face masks the entire time. They showed us pictures of every duct and pointed out where most of the dirt/dust was coming from. I would definitely recommend them.

All Pro did a great job overall. I'm still having issues with one of my air ducts that still emits some dust particles on a bathroom counter top. Great customer service.
